Have an autistic son and need to replace his Jansport Wasabi bag in blue and white. Jansport pointed me in SportsDealbox direction as no longer offer it themselves. Found they had three and ordered them and paid large amount of shipping per item - even though shipped as one packaged. Arranged to be shipped to friend of a friend in USA to get shipped to UK. When arrived where wrong colour mix. Contacted SportsDealbox and had no response. Only change is they have de-listed the backpacks.

Guess a person learns from experience. I placed my order for a kids bike from Sportsdealbox. Recieved the order 10 days later which included a receipt from Toys R Us in the amount of $ 38.09 less than what was charged on my card by SportsDealbox.com. The phone number for of *******742 is manned by someone not english speaking. He saids he can not do anything. I have to send a picture of the item and the receipt and someone will contact me within the nxt 30 days for resolution. Bull$#*!... Better Business Bureau here I come.

Ordered a product for Christmas was promised it would be here in time. Product never came. I called customer service to inquire about my product and was told my product was lost never did they contact me to make me aware of the situation, nor were they ever going to call. Customer service did not help at all they were rude and seemed to be incovienced by my phone call. So they asked me if I wanted a replacement well of course I did I assumed if you lost someone's product they would automatically contact the customer apologize and just ship a replacement but instead they waited for me to call. Now I am fighting for a refund. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I am reporting this company to the FTC. Ordered a dumbell set with the title Starring 105 - 200 Lbs adjustable dumbbells (65LBS Black with Trays). Specifications was all about 105 lbs and 200 lbs. I emailed them, asking if I got the 105lbs or 200lbs because it didnt give me a chance to choose and they said "you should get all the weights shown." Item arrives, it's friggin 65 lbs. Contacted them again and told me that they have the 65lbs in the title. I responded by saying that I even emailed you guys to verify because it was confusing, and the Mathew guy said that "we have miilions of listings in our website and we are confused in giving answers to you". Like seriously? They offered to give me a 10 dollar refund and I told them that i dont need the refund, I need the weights, Ill even pay for it if I have to as long as it wont be more than 20 dollars and that they will pay for shipping. All they said so far is that they will contact the supplier and that was 4 days ago.
