I read a few bad reviews about this site which almost kept me from ordering but I crossed my fingers and decided to give them a shot. I am so happy I did! I ordered a sign framed photo and it got here super quickly and in perfect shape. I had to contact customer service via email and they got back to me very quickly. The only thing I wish they would change is sending email order confirmation. I did not receive any email about my order, not that it had shipped, or tracking information. This made me nervous but was very happy and excited it got here today. I ordered it on a Friday and it got here on a Wednesday so only 2 business days.
I found my exact one-of-a-kind Bruce Lee Autograph with the exact same PSA serial number for sale on their site. My listing was on ebay and they simply copied my listing to sell it on thier site. They do not have my permission to use this item or any item of mine. Please do your research before purchasing anything with this company.

They steal these listings off ebay and proceed to sell it for a much higher price. I saw a listing for an autograph worth $400. I reverse searched the image and found the same exact photo being sold on ebay for $250! The seller on Ebay said he was aware of his prints being sold on this website, except he can't do anything about them. The website sells these listings for an insane amount and if you buy them, they buy it off the sellers from ebay THEN ship it to you. They are not the true holders of the item.
Tip for consumers:
Scam, reverse image search the product before you buy it!
Item i received wasn't JSA authenticated (or authenticated at all) as it was supposed to be. Returned it. The customer service was really bad. They also don't respond to emails. Not sure how they're still in business
Bought an autographed picture and waited a few weeks without hearing anything. Finally got in touch with somebody and was told I would have shipping info within a day or two. They sent me an email with a usps link for my order and the link was blank. I called them back and when I was able to get in touch with them they told me they would issue a refund which I still haven't received. Do not do anything with these people.
They stole my picture and claimed to have the exact same item-certificate of authenticity number, barcode and all!
Recently I ordered a jersey and it said it was supposed to ship in 3 to 5 days, its been over a week and I haven't received a confirmation email and i put in a help ticket and also got no response. WOULD NOT recommend using this website, hopefully I can get my money back. I would attach "proof of purchase" but there was no confirmation or anything.
Tip for consumers:
Do not order

Bought a puck online for it to get here in time for Christmas, was shipped to a completely different location. Called the company was told the warehouse it came from didn't ship to Canada so it had to go to their main warehouse. That would have been acceptable had they contacted me to let me know. Instead I had to call in a panic because it was out for delivery in the wrong country. I had to cancel the order because there was no way it would get here in time (which it would have if it didn't get shipped across the country initially!)
Here is what they do:
Scrape ebay's collectibles area, then import those items into their site at a huge markup. Then, if you are dumb enough to purchase it from them, they buy it from the unsuspecting seller on ebay (often after making a low ball offer to the seller), then the give the ebay seller their customers address making the ebay seller an unsuspecting drop shipper.
This is actually illegal.
How do I know this, they did this exact thing to a friend who sells autographs on ebay.
If you find your ebay products here, just have your attorney reach out to them so that you can preserve your rights.
If you read the other reviews about this site you will see that this is a well known situation.
I added images with an example of an item they are selling that is currently for sale on eBay by another seller.
Tip for consumers:
just to stay away and buy the items directly from the actual sellers on ebay.

I just purchased an item on eBay, a high value baseball autograph. I noticed shortly after, that their site had a photo of the exact, psa/dna serial numbered item on their site! Had to contact eBay seller and wasted 2 hours of my time having to research on the shadiness of this company so that I could be reassured about my legitimate eBay purchase. I also let the eBay seller know that this website was stealing his photos! Lol. Hoe can there be two copies of one vintage, slabbed and serial numbered autograph... super shady
They sold me an item and then when it went up in value, they cancelled my order! They are liars and cheats. And I also ordered something else that came with a "certificate" and it was not the real deal! They are fake!
I purchased an item from this website with a UDA description in the title. I got the delivery wrapped in eBay tape and the item didn't have any authentication. I spent an hour digging around and realized they just purchased this item from eBay and added the UDA themselves in the title. They also excluded the images from the EBay seller that clearly shows this is a fake. The letter of authentication is missing punctuation and I could replicate in Word. They withheld this information knowingly from me and added false information. Not only this but they set me up and charged me a 300% mark up from the eBay price. The is active deception and fraud. Their website says they only sell 100% authenticated items but they knowingly sold a fake item and tried to cover it up.
Ordered signed football on December 8th. Credit card was charged and I received email confirmation that i placed an order the same day. The confirmation included no shopping information or description of the item i ordered. On December 16th I contacted customer service for a status of the order because I needed to know when it would be shipping. According to the customer service ticket on their website, Derek closed by inquiry with the status of "resolved", even though i was not contacted and no information was provided to me. I have contacted customer service twice since my original inquiry was ignored and i have received no information from anyone. You may want to think twice before ordering anything from this company.
They billed my credit card and sent me a tracking # for an item that was out of stock. They then sent an email stating that it was out of stock and would issue a refund. They never issued the refund until I called to complain 3 weeks later. Shady company, stay away!
I will never buy from this company AGAIN. I bought my grandson something that he loves, but it was a onetime thing. Since January of 2019 I have tried numerous times to unsubscribe from the daily emails I get and it just continues. I have even tried calling and no one answers the phone. This would be my reason to tell anyone not to order through Sports Collectibles as you can never get rid of them.
I bought several hundred dollars on merchandise that never came. They never told me when they were sending the merchandise so I contacted them after a couple weeks. They then claimed that they sent the goods but I never received them. The company now refuses to return my messages. Exceptionally poor service. Stay away from this company at all costs.
Ted, is there an order number I can reference for this? I would like to fix your issue as soon as possible.
I ordered a Dwyane Wade autographed SI issue for my brother for christmas and it was delivered to a random house in Tennessee. The order receipt I have CLEARLY states that the order was to be shipped to North Carolina. I paid extra to ship it in time for Christmas and they have completely botched it. No response on their end either. Not sure how this is even possible to ship a product 300+ miles in the wrong direction.
Company is using photos taken in my own house and stating they own them and these are the actual items you will receive. Total scammers, liars and schists
Ashley, can you send us an email at sales@sportscollectibles.com? We can discuss this matter further.
I bought an item on ebay and then I noticed sportscollectibles.com posted it on their site saying it was in stock. My seller showed me proof that he had the right football w/authentication and I notified sportscollectibles.com, they gave me an "oops" & said they would change it. So I looked it up today to see if they were being truthful and & it says they have it in Stock for $380+. They stole pictures from ebay, they reposted anot already sold one of a kind item and still trying to sell it knowing full well it's already sold and being shipped to me. Be careful with this website, their inventory is wrong & they aren stealing photos from other sellers to make profit.
Tip for consumers:
Please do research and ask proof that they have your item with pictures to a sure you aren't buying an item they don't own or that they are getting from other websites.
Had to go back and forth with their team to get simple answers then by the time i got the answers the product was "sold out"?
Dylan, we offered other items at a deep discount to remedy this "out of stock" item. We welcome you back to the site where we can offer you the best price on any signed item.
I called, used their online support chat and emailed them with little to no response. All they could say is their site was having issues. They had no problems charging my card of course.
Phil, let's make this right. You know we were not out to deceive you. Please contact us back, 800-793-9793.
Bought 2 Trevor Story baseballs, paid and received a receipt. Received an email the next day saying due to demand, they couldnt fill my order. No apology no offer to make up for their mistake. Very short and rude in emails. Would never buy from these people.
I apologize for this mistake, Rodney. Give us a call for a deep discount on another Trevor Story signed item. Thank you.
Bought a very expensive Kam Chancellor signed football which was advertised as having PSA/DNA however when i received the football it only came with a card and hologram from mill creek sports. I called mill creek sports and they have no data base. They were the only helpful part of this transaction. Sportscollectibles.com is buying products from local businesses and raising prices by over 30% and their customer service sucks. It took them three days to even email me after i had left messages and even gotten a hold of someone. Its easier to tell someone in email that you misrepresented a product then it is to on the phone. Mill creek does not have a data base but they do guarantee that an employee was at the signing and over saw it. The product comes with a card stating this and proving its authenticity. I called back sportscollectibles.com and when someone answered the phone they said they would be back to me at the end of the business day or the NEXT morning at the latest. They never called so on the third day i kept calling until i got a hold of someone and was told that they made a mistake in their description and that there was no PSA/DNA. They did offer to return the ball but my trust was so low in them that i didn't and just kept the ball. Mill creek spots had the same ball for $80 less and they are the official signing distributor of the Seattle Sea Hawks collectibles. I would never buy from sportscollectibles.com because their customer service is horrible and they are not honest in their descriptions and they should have told me this on the first call instead of not calling back when they said they would. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SIGNED MEMORABILIA LOOK LOCALLY FIRST BECAUSE I WISH I HAD!

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from this site. They are not honest in their descriptions and they just buy it from another online source like mill creek sports(they only good part about this transaction. they are authentic and very helpful) and jack up the price.
Linda, we apologize for this mistake. We can offer you a signed Seahawks item at a major discount - call 800.793.9793.
