How can I tell this isn't another scam? I'm trying to get an authentic birthday present and I'm not sure who I can trust

100% guarantee assuming you can reach someone at this company. I have tried multiple times to reach them, and they do not respond. This is after I placed an order, did not receive product, and was charged TWICE! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
