Took the money and never shipped the items. I Emailed company nothing yet. No phone number to call to inquire.
I've been ordering through this website once or twice per year for maybe a decade and never once had issues with the company or product itself. This past Halloween, the parcel company lost my order. I contacted SpookyEyes customer service and they responded quickly with swift action, shipping replacements that arrived from overseas within 3 days. Typically, I do the standard shipping and have always received my order within 7-10 days or less. I see many negative reviews that mainly deal with logistical delays/losses, which seems to be more of an issue with the parcel services or customs than the actual company itself. I've referred several friends to this website over the years and all have been highly satisfied with the results, the vast majority placing additional orders from then on. To summarize, this company rocks!
I ordered a pair of contacts for my son for Halloween. I paid an extra 9.99 in shipping to get them here on time. They came Nov. 1st. My son was disappointed. I contacted the site and explained the situation and asked for a refund. They sent the refund the next day. Customer service was excellent.
This company used to be good. Ordered contacts a month ago never came in contacted them they sent out a new pair with a 5 to 7 business day now on day 15 of that and still no contacts

These are absolutely the best contacts I've ever bought. Theyre perfect, especially if you have a super dark eyes like I do. Exceptional product and exceptionally FAST service! Highly recommended and I will do business with again
I ordered a pair of zombie and the solid red contacts. The zombie ones I got were not comfortable for some reason. The solid red ones were the most comfortable contacts I've ever worn. The color is vibrant, and everyone either loved them, or was afraid of me

I ordered green contacts and never received them, but the only reason I'm giving a good review is being the customer service was so easy to work it and were very quick to solve my issue. Will be buying items soon

These contacts are great! For someone who has NEVER worn contacts, for someone who was skeptical but took the chance, for someone who wanted contacts at a great price, all made my Halloween wishes come true! It was definitely hard to get them in at first, but they truly do feel comfortable for me. I ordered mine with the 7-14 day shipping and it came on the 8th day. Very pleased and very excited to wear them!

I ordered a pair of the mega scary black full-eye sclera lenses which arrived quickly. Fantastic lenses, really comfortable to wear, they look the part yet still give you good vision. Spooky Eyes seemed to have them cheaper than anywhere else too. One very happy customer!

I ordered contacts for halloween even paid extra for guaranteed delivery before hand it's now november 14 and i still have not received them i will NEVER order from this website again

I got the vampire contacts for halloween and they burned my eyes and didn't fit my eyes, don't buy contacts from another country unless you want to be in my situation
Dear Samantha, we are very sorry that you were not happy with your lenses. There is no reason that we can think of that should lead to any burning sensation, we have not heard this comment before. It is vital that care instructions are followed to ensure the satisfactory use of our lenses. We do request a prescription is supplied for all lens purchasers and rely on this information to supply the correct lenses which are FDA approved and manufactured to ISO standards.
This site is a rip off i ordered my contacts pn oct. 12th. They state the confirmed my order on the 14th. I never recieved my contacts i have contacted them and they said USPS says delivered not our problem. I clearly did not recieve my product. They are off. I ordered contacts from another UK site delivered quick and no problem. RIP OFF SCAM COMPANY BEWARE!
Dear Andrea, we work very closely with our distributors to ensure delivery of our lenses within agreed timeframes. If USPS have confirmed delivery then we should have proof of delivery. Please contact our customer service team once more to resolve this matter.
The contact lenses were easy to insert and so comfortable I forgot I was wearing them! So many people commented and complimented me... the hypnotic lenses made them look twice! Like are those your eyes?

I bought contacts on Sept 29 and they were supposed to arrive in 7-14 business days. It is a month later and still nothing. Tracking they provided doesnt work. This site is a scam.

I ordered my contacts 10 days ago. I paid for expedited shipping and was told 5-7 buisness days. Still waiting on the 8th business day 11th day. Very frustrating when you have an event planned and now they are a waste. Trying to track with tracking number and it never changes. Very frustrating and unprofessional
