I've been ordering through this website once or twice per year for maybe a decade and never once had issues with the company or product itself. This past Halloween, the parcel company lost my order. I contacted SpookyEyes customer service and they responded quickly with swift action, shipping replacements that arrived from overseas within 3 days. Typically, I do the standard shipping and have always received my order within 7-10 days or less. I see many negative reviews that mainly deal with logistical delays/losses, which seems to be more of an issue with the parcel services or customs than the actual company itself. I've referred several friends to this website over the years and all have been highly satisfied with the results, the vast majority placing additional orders from then on. To summarize, this company rocks!

These are absolutely the best contacts I've ever bought. Theyre perfect, especially if you have a super dark eyes like I do. Exceptional product and exceptionally FAST service! Highly recommended and I will do business with again

The contact lenses were easy to insert and so comfortable I forgot I was wearing them! So many people commented and complimented me... the hypnotic lenses made them look twice! Like are those your eyes?

This company used to be good. Ordered contacts a month ago never came in contacted them they sent out a new pair with a 5 to 7 business day now on day 15 of that and still no contacts

My cousin and I tried contact lenses especially for an event.
I chose funky pink UV lenses and my cousin picked glimmer silver.
The contact lenses arrived really quickly and were packed well.
We put the lenses in and after a few blinks, our eyes adjusted to them.
They were incredibly easy to put in and take out. I wear soft daily lenses anyway and these were slightly firmer but still incredibly comfortable to use. The colours were fantastic and really showed up, especially with the use of eyeliner to accentuate the colours.
We were able to wear the contacts all day with little discomfort and then safely take them out and store them in contact solution in a pot and reused them again.
I would highly recommend these contact lenses especially for the fantastic price, fast delivery and great results.

Ive done a ton of research and have found that SpookyEyes contacts work fine for mostly everyone, but people who have slightly different eye detail will struggle with these.
Immediately after putting in the contacts, they looked awesome, but were extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I had several eyelashes stuck in my eyes. So like most people, I kept blinking to line up the contacts and take away the irritation, but they ended up tearing in my eyes. It was an extremely stressful task trying to get them out.
Im assuming that they just didnt fit on my eyes. These contacts are advertised to work with on all eyes & to last a year.
I highly recommend sticking with prescription colored lenses.

I absolutely love my lenses from spooky eyes! As a cosplayer, I'm always looking to step up my game and these lenses allow me to do just that! I have dark brown eyes and they are still very vibrant. As a first time contact user, they were also very easy to apply. They are very comfortable and affordable for a cosplayer on a budget! I own 3 pairs now and I love every single one of them! The staff at spookyeyes is also very friendly and easy to work with if you need help. Highly recommend!

Never received - Ordered a pair of contacts for Halloween. Paid extra for fast shipping and never received product. I live in the United States so calling them was out of the question. I reached out to them to get a full refund and they are giving me nothing but run arounds. "They can't give me a refund until aftrr 21 working days. Really? Currently working with my bank to get my money back. Don't trust this company. Customer service is horrible answer they don't care. They deserve no stars.
