Hello, I just placed my first order and am excited to receive it. When buying something for myself, I over analyze it. Takes me forever to actually place an order. This morning, I asked a good friend what products she uses and she said she loved Spoiled Child. That was all I needed to hear and I placed the order.

I tried to go and cancel auto all together. I just want to try it first. Then I can decide if I want to subscribe. There seems to be no way to cancel. I do not want to be made to commit to something I haven't tried.

Too many pop up offers

There were many pop up offers when checking out so many I almost didn't make a purchase at all. Please consider having less pop up offers and more offers you can see while shopping and prior to checking out.

Add on orders

Just ordered 20 minutes ago?

Not sure why I would get a survey request 20 minutes after placing my order considering I have not received or tried the product yet, but I'll give some feedback of my ordering experience if that's helpful. I don't mind the subscription option BUT I think you need to provide the customer with THEIR subscription of choice: example, I ordered 2 bottles, I wanted this as a monthly subscription as more than one person in my house uses the product, however, for 2 bottles you only give the option for every 2 months, 3 bottles 3 months, etc.
