Confusing
January 21, 2025

One the first page it showed the collagen, a mystery gift and a lip product, now I see only the collagen and mystery gift. Why was one eliminated. And why are you asking about a subscription when I only order one bottle with no refills. How do I know if it's going to work for me. Not everyone is the same after all.

Promos are a joke

They say the are sending you a lip balm and a full size product, not a sample. We'll its not product at all. It's a shot glass. When they first started years ago, they used to actually send you a free product to try, not to mention they are still sending the exact same color lip stick as 5 years ago. Try switching it up, your long term customers don't want to get the same thing over and over again! Extremely disappointed i came back because of the promo, that isn't really one at all.

Love spoiled child

Looking for a Liquid Collagen

I recently looked online to try to find a good liquid collagen supplement I can take instead of pills that provides results for skin, nails and hair. I found Spoiled Child and after researching it and reading reviews I decided to order it on a continuing basis to see if it works for me. I usually took pill forms but haven't for quite a while knowing I needed to resume. I'm happy to have found Spoiled Child and their easy reorder program. Here's to hopeful results!

Far too many offers after I made a purchase

The website was a little annoying after I chose the one thing that I wanted to try, I had at least 7-10 additional things I had to click past to finally end my transaction. Maybe one would be acceptable AFTER I had already made the purchase.

I'll keep it simple and just say that it's truly not worth it. I purchased for months on and off through the years. 2 months ago, I decided to come back. I still had my bottle from last month and the alert that my order was going to ship in 5 days popped up for the current one so I cancelled. 2 weeks later, in the dead of night, I got an email solely from PayPal stating that Spoiled child charged my account... I thought it was a phishing email at 1st! Like, how shiesty would it'd be if they charged me for an subscription I cancelled ON TIME. I emailed them about it and Melissa emailed back. They tried to gaslight me as well and claimed that I didn't cancel it but "changed the date of my auto-fill." Strange how I "changed the date" but it was charged on time without any notice from them. They don't send confirmations when you halt subscriptions to them, then they bs and stonewall when you hold them accountable -- if they wanted a problem then they've got one with me. It's not stopping with one review on this website.

Update: Melissa in particular didn't help in the slightest. She answered like a bad AI and did not provide clarity/ responses that correlated to my queries, frustration, and concerns. I finally got help from a Miranda ( I can't recall her name but I know it also started with an M.) Within 2 emails, she shed light on the situation and resolved my concern. I'm done with Spoiled Child because of staff like Melissa and it's reflected throughout this site that she only seems to escalate issues rather than resolving them -- who really deserves that treatment when they fork over their money to a company? I still never received a receipt from Spoiled Child which is fishy af but I'm returning what was purchased and closing out connection to my accounts.

Thanks a million again Miranda! If they were all as straightforward as you were there would be a lot more people sticking to the company.
