So I was looking and reading about the product but it only gave me mango as the option ( I love pineapple) which is the other flavor option. So I ordered the mango. Once I ordered/paid it sent me to another site giving me another bundle option and THEN it gave pineapple as a choice. I didn't want to buy 3 since I haven't tried it yet. I'm really excited to try it. I have lost 46 lbs so far and on a good excessive/ diet routine but I have reached a plateau... So I hope this helps.

I am specifically interested I the main product and I find all the additional products pushed too aggressive. I also was pulled in by the subscription offer and signed onto it but my first bottle being sent will get charged at the $98.00 full price. It feels like it's not truth in advertising and kind of underhanded.
I don't understand... I read that I could try it for free and pay 5.95 shipping... so I did that option. Then you come in with (if you sign up for the subscription you get free shipping, 20% off and a another full product for free so I decided to try it. Now it says I left my free gift behind and I already was charged full price plus shipping... I don't understand? As of now I already want to cancel, that's shady stuff.
I am very disappointed that the bottle print is light orange, very difficult to see, also I would like to know what the bottle size is before purchase size/ mL. Nowhere on the website is it posted. I like the product, but that seems shady to me. I didn't even know it had to be refrigerated until reading my email. I want to know what my complete purchase is, when receiving confirmation it shipped, no where does it state the mL/size. Can you please get back to me in reference to this. Much appreciated.
I just placed my free trial order and the confirmation receipt was very garbled so it was hard to read. It looked like I was charged the full amount but finally pieced it together. I hope I read it correctly but if this communication is barely legible I may not continue purchasing here.
I accidentally preferred 2 products instead of 1 because the post-purchase screen is misleading. To get out of the screen I think I clicked "claim 20% off". This charged my credit immediately for a second product. This should not happen. I haven't received or tried the product yet but depending on how quick the refund comes, it's unlikely I will re-order or subscribe.
When I got the ad on Facebook, I was lead to believe I was trying out a product that cost 30$ on sale. When I was done with all the clicking you have to do just to get this product, I ended up with two bottles for some reason. And the bill is almost 100$! All the clicking you have people do to buy your products is very misleading. And somehow, my one bottle turned to two. I still have the option of returning the unsused product for a refund, which I have doubts will go smoothly if I chose to do so. Either way. Not very impressed at all so far.
The e-code that I was supposed to get flashed on my screen for just a moment so I didn't get a chance to write anything down. How do I find this code and what does this give to me? Also, I wished I had been able to choose the flavor of the collagen but I never saw that as an option. I just placed my first order so I'm can't comment on taste but on the reviews everyone seems to like it.
If I could rate a zero, I would! I've ordered this product and haven't received. I've tried to track with epic failure! When I've tried to contact you, I get check my email for response or my junk mail and there's nothing there. The only emails I've received is rate my experience and check my junk mail. They supposedly have 24 hour customer service, not true! Now, I have to jump through all the hoops to get my money back with visa. What a waste of time and energy.

Don't like how you makes us believe we are getting a $100 gift card but you fall to say we can onmy use it TOWARDS YOUR PRODUCTS and you conventionally take up to 6 month to finally send it and that's only after I sent your organization at least 8 emails asking where is my gift card… to makes matters worse I got on your sight dreading to place an order with the GIFT CARD after placing the order all these prompts come up to try and sell me more items as I kept pressing skip ( indicating that i WASNT) interested then boon once again your site conveniently added another freakin! Orders for additional $44 dollar … so I want my moms back my MONEY refund it back into. Y bank account ASAP! SAY NOOO MORE..

I haven't used the product yet, so I can't tell you about the product. The website does get confusing as it shoves in your face the same product on duplicate pages over and over... not streamlined, but more shove shove shove shove. I'm looking forward to trying it and bought several products. The website also states that a receipt for purchase will be sent to my email... I'm certainly getting a plethora of other emails, but never received the receipt for my order.
I ordered using my phone, that was my first mistake. I ordered the try free, then other things popped up and I thought I hadn't ordered correctly. So, I managed to order a second time and a different prodcuct as well. I needed to contact customer service to modify and cancel unwanted orders.
I have tried to cancel several times. Discover juts contacted me with a bill of 148.00. I'm a senior on a budget. I just had to put a new furnace in. What's important to me, spoiled child or heat. I live in Michigan, it is very cold here. Please cancel, I have tried and I can't figure out your site and how to cancel. I just can't afford. Please do this for me.
