This is a horrible company!. Shipping costs are a scam! They will lose your stuff and they will claim that it's your fault. They will never ship it l to you on time and. If at all.They've had my packages for close to a year and lost at least three or four of them they overcharge for the shipping cost, their shipping costs are obscene.! They claim that they repack the items which is another lie. They do not they send it in the original papers and boxes and put the items with the original papers and boxes in additional new boxes, …which only Adds additional weight and increase the cost of the shipping

I still have not received majority of my parcels from them and it's been almost a year since they received them and I fight with them over it every single day to ship it to me. I never received my money back for my parcels that they lost.
They refused to reply to emails and take accountability. They constantly come up with excuses Extremely,, unreliable,and unprofessional company. I would not recommend them at all. It's not worth it. You will lose more than you will gain. They have extremely negative Google reviews from a a lot
Of people somehow they were able to hide them. I lost over $1000 with them. And maybe more

I deeply regret trusting Splicepackages with my shipment. My package, which arrived at their warehouse, was never shipped, and they haven't even acknowledged receiving it. Repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone were ignored—there's absolutely no customer service. Their live chat is equally useless and unresponsive.

This company is nothing but a scam. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs. They are not reliable, and you risk losing your belongings.

I am using Splice Packages services since 2019. Initially their services and shipping process was very fast and chat response was friendly. They helped and offered great discounts on my shipments to Egypt. But from the last few months i have faced some delays and this has been frustrating for me and not good for my business. One of their chat representatives "Josh" explained that why they are facing delay because they want to launch new panels before their holiday season. And processes will be back to normal. As a loyal customer to Splice i can understand but Splice team needs to understand this as well that we have a business and can't afford more delays. Hope they will improve and get their speed back. Thank you for your efforts you guys put for my last shipment, I have received the Rotors and Brake Pads

This site purports to accept your US purchases and ship them to you but in reality when you send them your packages they do not pass it on to you. Attempts to contact them using website or given whatsapp number or facebook page proved futile. They left a message that their warehouse was closed due to hurricane Emily which took place in July but on their facebook page has posts in August encouraging customers to send packages to warehouse, Scam!.

SCAM, Fraud! This is a fake business stealing packages. I am in the process of reporting them to Florida police and the BBB. Don't use this service unless you want to waste your money and time. All of their phone numbers are disconnected, just try to call. Nobody answers the email address or WhatsApp number. I sent a package here and I'll certainly never see it again.

Recently I have purchased an iPhone from USA using assisted purchase services of this company. I have safely received my package on time!

When I went to checkout my packages, I found out that their shipping cost was $500 - $1000 for items that cost around $200 and $80. I abandoned those items and I don't even know if it's a scam because I will never use this website again.
