We have two savannah salt cave saunas now we are getting the salt cave in a box system, three walls all backlit and we know these are the best on the market bcuz we bought others and do not like the result of those.

We offer healing modalities and we include salt and red light therapy etc - these guys have it going on!
I ordered a salt wall from these people 3 months ago, when I ordered the wall, there was NOTHING on the site that said it would take 3 months, nothing that states I could not cancel. When I decided to cancel, all of a sudden, the wall was complete and they could not provide a refund. I called and emailed over the past 3 months, and I was met with a sarcastic underwhelming individual who really wasn't customer focused at all. After waiting 3 months, he tells me I have one week to arrange shipping for an item I no longer want. When I asked him the exact date the item was complete, he replied by saying he wasn't doing double work and hung up on my face. Kinda feels like "funny business". Very shady! With all of the choices consumers have, skip this place. I wish I would have gone with other reputable American companies. Do NOT waste your money or time.
I called today to check on the purchase of a new sauna that I made 3 week ago. The man that I ordered from told me about 3 weeks, So I called to check on the status. They now tell me 6-8 weeks and when I questions the time they became Rude and told me to check the term and conditions and hung up on me.

Received a lamp with a very large fracture & large void at base, contacted "customer service" and was treated with EXTREME discourtesy & rudeness. They demanded I delete my review from their site before they assist to resolve the issue!
After 7 months - excuse and delays we put in for cancelation only to be hit with a 25% remarketing fee. Customer service is horrible, never saw the product.
Your refund would be minus shipping 395 and 69 for pallets and minus 25%
Please note one can cancel, you can do that however there is a fee for cancelation after manufacturing.
Sorry but there is no John H in our name directory for orders, please share with us your unique order number than we can find out who you are and at least try to figure out what part of the email can be addressed. The email shows states it shipped but you can't find your order, either way, we can always help. Thank you... All we need is some specific identifying information like an order number, each order has an order number and we can start there thank you.
My Wife and I Just got our two-person sauna it was extremely easy to set up we did have to wait because the supply chain (whatever else). When the driver arrived with the truck, he had a liftgate lowered it down at the end of our driveway and I had myself and a couple of friends bring it in. Once we brought it inside to setup it was easy it comes with six pieces there's a floor four walls and a roof and it couldn't have been easier to hook up! I got plugged into a 20-amp outlet we got the Savannah salt cave couldn't be happier we did have to wait multiple weeks, but we were made aware of the delays by the company on multiple occasions. This is the nicest sauna I have ever seen, and the prices and the quality made it worth the wait for us. Now its time to sweat.

Great customer service from the start made our decision easy in choosing SpriritualQuest for the sauna salt cave. The product arrived via a professional delivery service and was professionally packed arriving without any damage or issue. I was so excited and determined- I uncrated and carried it in myself and installed it alone all in under 2 hours. The panels set up, level and buckle easily together and the wiring plugs in as simple, I needed support on the roof panel and the customer support was right there with helpful info. I was sitting in my new sauna salt cave with a lemon water listing to music before dinner and the delivery truck arrived after 1pm with plenty of notice. In three days of use I am noticing better skin and breathing plus my pressure is down. I would highly recommend this company and product to anyone looking for a salt cave.

This salt cave Sauna is the find of the Century! I am a graduate of the massage therapy program at Cortiva Institute of Stamford and am licensed as a massage therapist. I have worked in several spa settings in Connecticut, including a massage clinic where I treated clients recovering from car accidents and car sickness. I have worked in a chiropractic clinic where I treated clients recovering from injuries and illnesses. I am also trained in reflexology and have traveled extensively in both therapeutic and natural healing arts. The Sauna speeds recovery that is all i care about.
I called to ask about the coloring on the salt tile, and the owner immediately chewed my head off, verbally attacking me and calling me a racial slur. I since discovered many reviews about this company's owner being abusive to customers and selling faulty product. STAY AWAY!
The first time I called, he said he was busy with another customer, then hung up. An hr later he returned the call, no apology just answered my question. Then asked if I was ready to buy to give him the cc number over the phone. I said I wasn't ready. The next day I had one final question, he said the prices are going up the next day due to rising lumber cost so I better hurry. Asked again if I was ready to buy, I said no, he hung up again. That was 4 days ago, the prices are still the same. I decided to buy from another company due to poor customer service here.
I order the studio series float tank took about 6 weeks for manufacture another 2 or 3 for delivery the reason why I'm writing this is all we had to do was plug-in fill it up with water and the team was there the whole time to walk me through it basic 6 and a 1/2 pounds of salt per gallon of water keep track of your gallons of water in your good to go all you have to do is begin the heating mechanism in periodicly run the filter in UV sterilization that's all you gotta do
I LOVE my lamps... I ordered the Everest... 2 were for me, I am a massage therapist, one for home, one for my office, one for a gift. And now I want one for another gift and one more for home. The lamps are sturdy, and each uniqinely beautiful. My lamps offer me so much peace and serenity! I will unfortunately add even though each box was sealed with packing tape the boxes looked older and used. I was not too happy with FedEx, while I realize these boxes were probably 70lbs, they left them on my sidewalk versus taking them inside my fenced yard to the door. For all I know FedEx could be the reason the boxes looked the way they did.

I ordered an Infrared Sauna back in October. They charged me right away and I never received my product.
I kept calling and the lady kept pushing back the date. She stated that there are 1,000 people ahead of me and I wouldn't receive my sauna till later in 2022! I asked to cancel and receive a full refund. I received an email stating that they were going to charge me $150 for shipping!
My product was never even shipped! I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company. This company is a fraud. I should have checked BBB website before purchasing.

Mam, we refunded your money minus the cancelation fee as your items were manufactured, we also shared on multiple occasions that the saunas were delayed due to the PORT situation in Los Angeles. We offered you two options simply wait for the item to arrive and or a refund, The latter was chosen. This is not a personal thing it was delayed due to covid, port closures, and another worldwide issue out of our control it is not personal. Thank you money was refunded of course.
I purchased a Sauna paid in full I called customer service if you call it that, an to make a long story short I was hung up on called back l was literally cussed out, an told the blank has not even arrived at there facility I was suppose to receive it a week ago now told when the blank arrives in 3 to 4 weeks they will send it, I'm not one to write reviews but I don't want anyone to experience what I did! To there only credit I received an email where I paid in full, after I called back I said just refund me an was laughed an told it would go to small claims, so please be aware I read reviews good an bad an several reviews with the same experience! OMG. I couldn't believe I saw this when I went onto the site. In fact, my husband was called names when trying to clarify the features. Wanted to send a video of the non working components only to be told that they don't "have time" to open videos. The Sauna purchased did not heat to the 150 degrees stated when making the purchase for the "last 2 person sauna" I quote because looking on the website they still have a "last one' after we purchased.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had talked to this guy about these saunas twice the last two days. Both times he had an attitude and was EXTREMELY rude! Even cursed at me. It took forever for him to get back to me so I could attempt to order and then when he did completely talked down to me. I wouldn't buy from SpiritualQuest if it was the last place on earth that sold these booths! I was ready to purchase one of these booths that day and sooo glad I didn't!

Appointments are necessary so please arrange a time with our support staff. Assuming a lay person can build a large wall is not a best practice.
