Ordered 2 women t shirts. One bag is empty.The print is elementary, untrue to size & not women cut and the material is CHEAP SEE THRU! Absolutely! Not as pictured!

Got the shirts finally yet one has 2 big holes in it. And it looks dirty like it has been worn.
Ordered almost $100 worth of shirts. Came in and they seemed decent, so a week later I was going to order a couple more. Placed my order but then was like woah I can't afford this right now. So within a few minutes of ordering I emailed them. Asked to cancel. Within a few minutes of this email I get a confirmation that my order has shipped. Mind u this was a custom order with several different items and designs. I was like wtf. So I waited and waited. Finally a week later I get a response. Sorry u must cancel within an hour your order has shipped. OK 1. Nowhere did it state this on the website. 2. It was less than 10 minutes when I emailed them. 3. The "shipped" email still shows waiting for receipt of product to be shipped and its been over a week. So yea they are shady they lie and my products have not been sent yet. So u decide.

I ordered a stainless steel water bottle. I was unnoticied that my order was cancelled, and when I reached out they said I should've been (doesn't change the fact that I wasn't). It has been almost an entire month and I still have not received my refund. They keep emailing me saying it should be coming through, but it is not. Do not waste your time with these people. I highly recommend Etsy instead.

Do NOT buy from them. Dude, the customer service was so slow that by the time I asked for a refund a day after, it had already shipped! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. My hoodie just arrived and the font colors aren't as bright as they show in the picture. The customer service even lied saying I'd get a refund, saying it'd take a few days. But considering the hoodie's here now, I doubt that'll be happening. I can say it definitely isn't worth the money, and that's 45 bucks down the drain.

THESE CLOWNS CAN NOT BE SERIOUS WITH THE LEVEL OF QUALITY THEY PUT OUT. IT IS LAUGHABLE! HORRIBLE!

I ordered a jumpsuit for my birthday and had shipping expedited almost 2 weeks ago. My bday and party is Saturday and tracking is still saying that they'll let me know once it's shipped. Pissed is an understatement

Never order here! Its fake! Is's fake fabric! They do not return your money and send you a dress that doesnt even look like any picture! WARNING!

I placed an order with SpiritShop about a week ago. I then went on the site to check the reviews. I saw many negative things that were posted about the quality of orders received. Initially I began to feel uneasy about my order. I thought to myself that if I had read the reviews I would not have placed the order. When I received my item today I was overjoyed with the quality and precision that was put in the work. In hindsight, had I went with the negative reviews I would have lost out. I don't write many reviews, but I thought it necessary to honest about my experience. I'm not saying anyone else experience was the same as mine; what I'm saying is that my experience is pretty good. The material is also good. I will definitely use their services again. I hope that this review is helpful. I don't have any affiliation with this company other than being a satisfied customer.

If you are considering buying from SpiritShop... Dont... keep shopping. I ordered a sweatshirt for my 10 year old and it was extremely poor quality, to short to wear and the print was not as it appeared on the website that I signed off on. When I contacted SpiritShop... Their customer service staff were less than helpful. I sent pictures of what I ordered and signed off on and what I rec'd. No refunds aloud and when I asked to upsize since their sizing was way off... I was told no. They took my money and didn't stand behind their product... It's a scam and I would certainly never refer anyone to this website!

I ordered a school jacket from the Spirit Shop as a Christmas gift and didn't receive any form of order confirmation, even thouogh my credit card was already charged for the item. I emailed and customer service and they finally sent an order confirmation...
I received my order yesterday from the Spirit Shop and am so extremely disappointed! The embroidery is poor quality with lots of threads sticking out and the fabric around the emblem is melted! I attached the photo below and asked that they please refund my credit card. I will not be able to give this embarrassingly flawed item to my daughter-in-law for Christmas and it's too late to replace it.
This was the Spirit Shop's response:

Thank you for your order and for sending the picture. We don't take returns since everything is custom designed. We're always happy to send a replacement for items with print/embroidery quality issues, but from the picture you sent, there is no quality error with embroidery."

I am so sorry I didn't check reviews before placing my order. I intend to have my credit card company go after a refund. I am out $$$ and no Christmas gift.

Order face mask on 12/14 as their website said 2 day shipping and paid $22.75 for postage. They wrote back that is was 2 day shipping for when order was shipped not ordered. I guess Amazon is the only company that can do that. I requested my shipping charge be refunded and they will not respond to my requests. Of course they do not have a customer service number and now I KNOW WHY they have a 1.3 rating and many negative reviews. Do not order from this company. Terrible customer service and misinformation on shipping. Today is 12/19 and still have not received.

My daughter wanted a school hoodie with her name on the back. We chose the red color because in the picture it looked like a deep dark red with bright white letter print. What we received was a bright red with washed out lettering, and it looker like they left the iron down too long and burnt the material. I sent 2 emails and tried calling several time, no answer. I disputed the charge on my Discover credit card and received a refund. I will NOT be purchasing anything from them again.

I ordered an Artic Fleece blanket for a Christmas gift for a high school student. Thinking the description of artic fleece would be something thick, fluffy, and comfy. Imagine my surprise when it came in a small envelope package and is paper thin! Felt like felt not fleece! Possible wall hanging but not a blanket! Very disappointed. Even more disappointed that they do not take returns but offered let me to buy another item for 50% off.

Spirit Shop said my package was delivered, it was not, and I have Ring camera footage from that day and the days that followed. I never received it. I can't follow a UPS claim because it was routed to USPS who said it was not delivered. Company is only offering 50% off replacement. TOTAL SCAM

I ordered a sweatshirt and the one I received, the yellow was so faded looked nothing like the advertisement. I see other people are on the same boat as me. No return emails and no one to talk to at there phone #. I disputed with PayPal/credit card and got my money back! You should do the same! If they want the sweatshirt back, send me a RMA. I'm not paying a dime.

I Purchased 3 custom shirts for $88. Seems like a lot of $$ but we wanted them. The very first wash, half of the vinyl letters came off two of the shirts. One shirt was fine, no issues. There were no special care instructions so I washed them like I normally would any other type of vinyl printed shirt. And I emailed the company to ask if something could be done and they have never replied. Their product is cheaply made and not worth the price. And, they don't stand behind their product to try and make it right.

I recently purchased 3 expensive facemasks for my son with his school logo and paid shipping fee too. But what we received are literally 3 pieces of flat thin cloth. You can call them Halloween face covers. The company refused to issue refund. I am going to file customer complaint. This company is a fraud
