There is no way to contact them except through email. When You ask a question via mail they give you the wrong answer. When they are called out on it they do not reply. I deleted the order and went elsewhere. It was worth paying a few extra dollars to get better customer service! Glad I read all of the bad reviews before i ordered with them. I told them I would be writing this and they did not even care! They are horrible!

Inquired about a sweatshirt I ordered, but never received. I got no response. They obviously ripped me off!

I have now ordered from this website 3 times, and there are pros and cons. Lighter colors come out well, but if you're trying to do a darker blue or green (like royal or hunter green), BEWARE. Mine have all been pastel. If you want those colors you'll need to buy the product in that color and do a black or white design to be safe. Other than that the products are ok. Also, if you order a football jersey, the name and number on the back will be down lower than they should be.

Most reviews on Sight Jabber are from people who only had a bad experience with their orders. Not many take the time to leave good reviews so a lot of companies get a bad reputation unwarranted. I am one who will leave honest reviews good or bad. I was looking for a school hoodie for my 2yr old grandson with the year he graduates personally added. Spirit Shop is the only place I found that personalizes our local high school apparel. The hoodie arrived very quickly and is absolutely perfect. Very thick material and the print is clear and precise. The best part is, this is an American company that produces trustworthy products.

Good luck if you order from here. They don't offer refunds or returns, the lettering on the back of the hoodie I ordered is off centered to the point it won't sit well when I put it on. It's also not the same color that was depicted on the customization photos. I'm not going to wear it and I want my money back so I am disputing the charge through PayPal.

I ordered 2 shirts in two different styles but both in the same size. One fit the other was way too small. I emailed customer service asking for an exchange or refund and they refused to do either. They offered me a discount if I order more shirts from them. As if I will give them more money! Not a chance!

I ordered a woman's large for my wife and it was the exact same size as the kids medium I ordered for my daughter. This place is a joke.

Be VERY careful what you order. It is final. Even if you order what you think is the correct size, it may not be. When I opened the Ladies Large, I thought it was a Youth size!

Customer service is horrible. My order never came, they refused to refund money or replace the item and blamed me for the error though I had an email chain showing their responses. Their solution was to offer a coupon for my next purchase. They actually accused me of lying!

So about 2 weeks ago I ordered a rhms hoodie, and it came in pretty fast! They responded to my emails within 10 hours and I love the hoodie! The color of the hoodie came out just as I expected it and overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered three shirts for a school coaching staff, the shirts came in with softball misspelled. I have reached out multiple times to attempt to correct this error and the customer service team does not respond. I am out the cost of the shirts and they are making no attempt to fix the mistake.

Terrible company with horrible customer service.
They bait and switch their products. What you see and pay for is not what you get. Colors and ink are not accurate and when you question them they refuse to correct their error or work with customer to resolve the issue. Don't waste your time or money like I did. SHOP SOMEPLACE ELSE!

Placed an order weeks ago and still haven't received it. The tracking shows it pretty much toured the whole Midwest and stopped in Vegas for a few days of gambling (I'm in CA). The tennis season will be finished by the time it arrives. Wish I had read all these reviews first- the website looked legit.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from spirit shop. I ordered 3 sweatshirts. 1 was as expected. But the 2nd one was grey with red logos and the red was not at all like on the website. It was more of a "salmon light pink". Super disappointing.
The 3rd sweatshirt that we customized was not the same as pictured. The hood was WAY bigger in person and covered up the wording on the back.
I reached out to the company wanting a refund (or at least store credit) for the 3rd sweatshirt-because you can't even see the wording. I also pointed out the mis coloring on the 2nd sweatshirt, but said they don't need to refund me on that one because I had already given the gift as a gift.
They said that they'd send a replacement one on sweatshirt # 2 (which doesn't do me any good now) but they said that sweatshirt # 3 is my fault because I had the hood pulled down and they wouldn't refund me. I wrote back and said don't send me a replacement hoodie for sweatshirt # 2 but just give me store credit (at least) so my son can remake his and they've ignored me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

We recently opened a store at spiritshop.com and inadvertently made the mistake of uploading logos without checking the box for them to be used for embroidery. The problem was discovered when someone ordered an embroidery item and received the fleece with no logo. We have repeatedly tried to correct our mistake and fix all of the items in question, however we have been receiving an error message for several weeks now with absolutely no response from Spirit Shop. Worst customer service ever. You'd think that they would address this immediately. Also, not sure what's going on with their server, but I was also able to pull up the data for the Spirit Shop sales for the month of December. You'd think they'd have better security than that. I'm just a graphic designer who works for one school. How on earth was I able to pull up their financial data?

I would not recommend this company at all! The customer service is HORRIBLE! I ordered two items from the company and the sizing was way off. I contacted them via email and the ONLY offer was for me to make a second purchase a second in a different size and they would refund 1/2 of the shirt cost after I paid in full. They would not correct my initial purchase. After several emails, I researched the sizing listed for the items I purchased and measured what I received and proved the sizing was off by several inches. I did not receive any satisfaction!

My experience was excellent. I ordered three hoodies and several t shirts (totaling around $300) with my children and grandchilds high school name and graduation dates on them and they were absolutely perfect in every way. The colors were vibrant and exactly as ordered and was shipping was very fast! I actually made a mistake on the graduation date on one of the hoodies I ordered and they refunded the cost to me and reprinted it for free the way it should have been and that was also shipped very fast. These were Christmas presents so time was of the essence and I really did not expect for the replacement hoodie to make it in time but it arrived two days before Christmas so I couldn't be happier with my order and I will definitely order from them again in the future! Excellent products and exceptional service!

Delivery was on time, love the sweatshirt with grandson's midschool on front. I did need to contact customer service with a question and that problem was settled quickly and politely and professionally. Grandson will love the gift.

Ordered a youth large hoodie for my son thinking it was a 14-16. The only sizes the website states are s, m, l, xl so I went to the Gildan website to find out what size to order to get a 14-16. I get the hoodie in the mail and it's more like a size 10. I email customer service to do an exchange to get the proper size and they tell me they don't do exchanges or returns but I can buy another one at 50% off. Why on earth I would give more money to a company that doesn't even stand behind the product I already purchased! Don't purchase from here! Wish I would have read the reviews and I wouldn't have purchased!
