I purchased an SE5000 that ran for about a week before failing. Came home and the fixture was so hot it was about to melt. Took a wattage reading and it was 760. The highest it's supposed to get is around 500 watts. Damn thing was so hot I couldn't touch it! Customer service is non existent. Phone numbers listed in the users manual are out of service, the 24/7 chat they claim to have is a lie and email response is SLOOOOOW. Much better companies to work with out there - run away from spider farmer as fast as you can!
You cannot get ahold of this company. Very unprofessional company. Stay away. Tried calling them 5 times with no answer and no return call.
My plug from the driver to led's melted into a pile of plastic. They claim its normal and an issue that hasn't been addressed by the manufacturer. This is poor practice, and a deadly combination. Their warranty is a joke to add a jab to the situation. Failure on all aspects of an overpriced item.
I was sent a tent with holes in it. After I contacted them, I had to send 31 emails trying to get compensation. The customer service was almost nonexistent. They kept sending the same automatic response. My tent was a 4x4, and they asked me to sew it as a repair! I told them I couldn't because of a disability. It didn't matter, the response was the same generated response of a compensation that is an insult.
I don't reccomend purchasing anything from them, unless you want a damaged product with a fake return policy. I also tried their warranty claim site, all it did was tell me there was an "error". I put all the correct info in and it just kept telling me error.

Light only lasted 2.8 cycles 1.5 years, it quit on me in week 8 very inconvenient, not there fault on the timing. Put in for warranty they offered me to buy the latest model (same light) for 35% of coast, or wait 2 months for a new driver. Now they want me to ship my light to them for repair. My mistake for thinking the overpriced light would come with a solid warranty service. Not even a little.
There quick to take ur money. If there's any issues good luck customer service responds once every 24 hrs. 5 emails took a WK. Sent a light w bad driver. Sent new driver no cord. Currently at 3 wks company wants me to send bk there junk. So they can resend one once it's received. Which will take 2 wks. At this point I am done doing business with them. If they answer they hang up on you. The customer service is so slow non responsive. They reply with the same sotty email which is load of $#*!. Basically u get the run around. By the time I get my new light a new technology will already have come out because there so fukin non responsive n slow to fix the problems. Calling them emails don't due any good. Due not buy from them you have been warned
I would like to say first off I have nothing but good things to say about spider farmer as a company! Every light I have used has been very impressive! Tents are great, fans work as they should! I am a huge spider farmer fan! I have never had an issue with this company and would def recommend them to commercial and home growers! Don't be fooled by other reviews! Spider farmer is awesome!

This $#*! sucks Caught on fire right away and they won't refund me and replacement has already taken months with no sign of it coming anytime soon
I ordered direct from spiderfarme UK nearly three months ago the courier left the package in am unsafe area and It was stolen the courier has excepted liability yet spider farmer uk has still not sent me a replacement or refunded my money 300 pounds they are lies and scammers and constantly ignore my emails do not buy from these people they are not in any way professional
This company has provided the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. It has taken over 3 weeks of constant contact to finally figure out I was using the fan properly but it was the fan that wasn't working properly. The website states free returns but they are refusing to allow me to rerun the fan they are saying I have to keep the fan and they will provide a refund of 1/2 the purchase price. I want a full refund and I don't want their garbage product
I PURCHASED TWO VEGETABLE GROW LIGHTS ALMOST 90 DAYS AGO. THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER TELEPHONES AT ALL. THEY HAVE RESPONDED TO EMAILS, ONLY TELLING ME THAT MY LIGHTS WOULD SHIP IN TWO WEEKS EVERY TIME. IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 90 DAYS NOW, AND I HAVE RECEIVED ZERO RESPONSE TO MY REPEATED REQUESTS FOR A REFUND.
Ordered Spider-Farmer SF 1000. Come quickly as described. Reasonably priced. Working great. Recommend
I lost big amount of money and my parcel. Because was delivered in wrong place. But SPIDER FARMER DON'T CARE. Pictures you can see is was delivered in flat apartment somewhere where is post box not even on the door.
But SPIDER FARMER DON'T CARE IS WAS DELIVERED WE CAN SEE IN PICTURE.
I NEVER HAVE SO BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DIFFERENT COMPANIES.
AVOID SPIDER FARMER IF YOU CAN.
If you are in the market for an led light stay far far away! Customer service is a joke no way to actually speak to someone only 3 emails you can choose from. You will never find away to speak to anyone but the person that answers your email and you are at their mercy you cannot ask to speak to anyone... they will get back to you but... they are not going to help you so don't believe their b. S when they say the have an iron clad customer satisfaction guarantee. Unless the only iron clad guarantee I got was to not help me so, if you are trying to save a few bucks dont! Over time you will regret it especially if you need any type of customer service and you better hope it comes in working condition!
