I paid for 2-3 day delivery. My 'fresh' herbs arrived 7 days later and had turned yellow. The reply to my email complaint was " we recommend you choose next dat delivery on fresh items". Did not address the delay nor ask for product to be returned for a replacement. In short, didn't want to take any responsibility. I shall not order from them again and suggest others don't either.
Horrible service and very poor customer service. Delivered damaged and torn item and refused to refund. No regard for quality or hygiene standards. Disappointing experience overall. Recommendation - do not buy from these guys.
Dreadful. When I raised a complaint with this retailer about the unusable condition of the spices they had supplied, instead of asking for the product to be returned for a replacement or refund, their short email response was that I should "contact the manufacturer with any quality issues". Not only does great customer service not exist, this retailer actually denies responsibility for the goods they sell. Unlike Spices of India, PayPal made an immediate, no quibble, refund.
