They send me are wrong item which was 4 sizes bigger than my size. And I had also ordered a matching shirt for the pants so i am disadvantaged for both of the items. They are refusing to take refunds from another country than Italy for not to pay the international shipping and customs. It's completely their fault and they make me pay the price. Stay away not reliable very bad customer service lying.

I have a brand name clothing. I saw they sold it here as well, so I bought a few of them. They are not like the original brand name. They are an obvious fake where they ironed on the sticker of the brand. The fabric is also no the same quality, it is much cheaper.

This website is just horrible. They keep selling fake items to people and give them the same explanation ''we get our products from boutiques'' these items are not real and i provided proof but they didnt want to take my shoes back because i wore them. How is it my responsibility to detect if theyre real or not? The website literally says '' all items are 100% authentic''. So, if youre a fashion lover and willing to pay a few euro's for fake items. Go ahead but font expect them to help you when a friend of yours tells you your clothe/shoes are fake. Please take legal steps because this is illegal.

Bought a number of items back in August 25,2021. One of the items is defective. Tried to connect with Glamood for 4 months, I asked for a full refund. They refused. In the end, they forced me take a store credit back which I finally agreed but they never emailed the code to me. So I escalated the case with Paypal, they told me the merchant wants me to return the whole shipment in order to get a refund. This is so unreasonable consider months have gone by, I have already worn some of the items and they expect me to return the whole thing, which they will never take back the worn items. The part that frustrates me the most is the fact that Paypal is also on their side ALSO. Since day one, I only requested the refund of one item. Now I have take the whole loss of €132 for the one defective item. You will find out how these guys function once you have problem with the shipment. These guys function like a mom & pup store, it's absolutely terrible. I have never had any issues with any other website I shopped with, these guys are very dishonest and CROOKS! SO BEWARE!

Glamood sold me Fake Amina Muaddi boots. Company offered a return once shipped back since I used PayPal. Shipping from the US to Italy took a month and cost me $77 to return fake merchandise.
Buyers beware don't be enticed by their sales, especially if you are not in Italy. If you want to risk it, kindly use PayPal.
Dishonest company! Let us know these are dupes so we can decide to buy or not.

Please confirm whether the price of goods sold locally includes the VAT? Please reply it directly not always try to confuse customers.

I spent $1100 on 2 boots from here 2 weeks ago and never received it! I filed a case with dhl who Admitted to the packages being missing and that the driver should have never waived a signature. The only thing they needed was for this site to file a claim! Glamood refused to do so, instead they fought me on paypal claiming the items were " delivered" which they were not! Worst costumer service! I know DHL paid a claim to them, yet they refuse to refund me! Do not shop here
