First time purchasing something from this site and impressed with customer service and the merchandise I ordered

I had a change I wanted to make with my order and Speert took care of it right away. Very satisfied with the service.

This is my 5th pair of these glasses I've purchased for Speert. Surprisingly, the glasses hold up well, but the carrying case hinge breaks.!

I needed to find a frame for my glasses and I couldn't find the ones I needed anywhere till I found Speert I typed in exactly what I needed and there they were!

Frames were slightly bent on delivery making them sit a bit crooked when I wear them.

Speert took a rather long time to gather the order, but once it finally shipped it arrived quickly.

Just wrote to Speert describing the broken items, awaiting response from company to refund or resolve.

Speert has good products. And I will on occasions purchase eyeglasses and accessories at the website.

Difficult to find items needed on website--confusing to put lens strength and color of frame together.

Not satisfied. Glasses crooked and unwearable. Case received is not what I ordered. No one has answered me.
