I ordered and PAID for glasses from this company on May 5 2018. I have never received the glasses. It is now June 16th. Initially they delivery company THEY CHOOSE. I PLAN TO HIRE ATTORNEY AS ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY OR THE GLASSES ANYMORE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING. They never had any intensional of delivering the glasses. They probably don't even have them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO MAKE A DONATION! You will receive nothing and NO RESPONSE.

Wonderful sercice from begnning to end. Last pair lasted at least five years. Would still have that pair;, Speert was a unable to get lenses for those frames any longer

Great selection and good prices. Glasses arrived quickly but were packed very poorly.
One pair of glasses was misshaped and uneven. Suspect either they were used or defective manufacture.

I love the Calabria line. Unfortunately, you were out of the color/power combo I use, so I ordered a power down. I will check back now and then to see if you restock.

I have purchased from Speert before and never been disappointed. For some reason I have purchased from other ' readers '. But ALWAYS prefer & come back to Calabria...' nuff said

I was pleased with the whole process. I was purchasing glasses to send to Cuba where they are greatly needed. I got the strongest magnification you offer, since that is so hard to get.

Not Satisfied. After VERY CAREFULLY measuring my glasses (both in mm and inches, I placed my order. When I received the above fitovers, the fitovers were too small. So I called for instructions for return/refund.
I spoke to someone and they instructed me how to return, which I am doing today via USPS as instructed. I was also told that the return postage WAS NOT prepaid, that I had to pay at my expense, which is not appropriate since I followed the measurement instructions VERY CAREFULLY, and then they did not fit. So again Not Satisfied.

Easy to find what I needed and pay for it. But they shipped the wrong the wrong thing. But it worked out because my wife liked them so we kept them and just reordered the correct ones for me.

First time ordering with this company. My glasses came with the option to order with demo lenses which was perfect because I just needed the frame to replace my older frame.

It was easy to order and my order was delivered to my house in under four days. I am very happy with the style that I chose and the strength of my reading glasses.

Delivered as expected; packaging exceptional re: smaller box which gets into the mailbox; protected from damage; great fit; stays in proper position on nose without slippage.

Mirror unusuable. I have used these motor years with no problem. The box was in good condition but apparently they were treated harshly or would not be broken.

Easy and quick and had what I needed. A pair of 4.0 reading lenses for my mom.

The Eddie Bauer Eyewear Hard Eyeglass/Sunglass Case was poorly designed and/or manufactured as it does not close completely with an open gap remaining. I would not use that case.
