From purchase, to asking questions, to putting the tires on my car, everything went smoothly. And with a great price, I am pleased.
Called to inquire about the status of my tire. It was ordered on June 15th, today is the 17th. It's gone from California to another location in California, to New Mexico, to Kansas City and who knows where after that before it reaches me in New Jersey. I left a voice mail when I called, and nobody called me back. Called again several hours later and hit the key for sales and got Julie. She was rude and argumentative. Told me she listened to my voice mail and called me back. She flat out lied, as I never received a return call. Will never do business with this company again. Oh, the tire is significantly less expensive if ordered through Amazon Prime. Live and learn.
Janice and Aimee we're very nice and helpful. I wish everyone in customer service of companies were as professional as them.

Tire prices best I could find. Had an unfortunate problem with one tire and it was resolved with no hassle. Excellent customer service.

Price was reasonably affordable and deliver was performed expeditiously. Also, I really like that the tires I received were manufactured this year; rather than receiving tires that were manufactured the prior 5,6 or 7 years.
