Excellent and easy subscription service with rates lower than publishers
I was shocked! I'd made a typo on a gift subscription to Gardeners World. I'd expected huge waits, if I finally got to a person, not to understand. Generally, I walk my house and get lots of exercise. However, John answered on the third ring, was so pleasant and articulate. Immediately found the error and corrected it. Such a pleasant experience, but NO steps! Thank you for your excellent service.

I ordered four magazines for four grandchildren and neglected to give recipient names and addresses. A quick call to the customer service phone number resolved all issues.
I have ordered from speedy mags for years. They often have hard to find magazines at the lowest prices. I have never had a problem with any orders, and contacting them is easy. Thanks speedy mags!
After contacting SpeedyMags twice their customer service gave me a 100% refund and got the magazine to still give me a free subscription as well you could not want any better customer service than that. I also thank Sitejabber
I ordered Farmhouse Mag from these people in January as a gift still have not received a copy have called them many time with excuse after excuse no Mag no refund, Just called them one last time suppose to hear from them by Friday June 17th.If I do not hear from them or a refund will be calling the credit card company and report FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THESE PETTIFFOGING PEOPLE
Paid and ordered a subscription for my grandsons birthday back in April of 2024. Said it would take 6 weeks for it to start, NEVER RECEIVED! Wrote to them and they stated the magazine was bought out and it would then be starting in July, still NEVER RECEIVED! Scam all the way! I didn't want to rate this at all since they took my money and never delivered.
I placed my order over 10 weeks ago and haven't received anything yet. I can find any help with my issue.

I still haven't received my order, but after this review customer service was very quick to respond and help.
Update: the magazines finally showed up after 3 months+. If you aren't in a hurry or order things that you forget about, this is a great site for cheap magazines subscription.
One of the publications never started up so I called CS for help. I was treated extremely well with consideration and a no nonsense approach to make me whole. I certainly felt respected by the Customer Rep and he got back to me quickly. IMHO he demonstrated Superior Customer Service.
On August 9,2023, I ordered the weekly magazine Woman's World through Speedy Mags because they had the best price available. There were initial problems with starting my subscription through the first clearinghouse that Speedy Mags was using. After I complained several times, Speedy Mags refunded my money and gave me a complementary subscription through a different clearinghouse to compensate for the delay. Nineteen weeks after my initial order I finally have my first issue!
My mom bought me a subscription as a Christmas gift in Dec 2020. As of 7/21 it still has not arrived despite multiple attempts to contact them and even their feeble responses saying it will ship. This is a horrible site, please don't waste your money or time here. I feel even worse that it was my mother's money and not my own. Thanks for nothing!
SpeedyMags has been my go to shop for years. Customer service is incredibly helpful. Today Jake helped me with all my magazine needs, he helped me save money putting packages together for me! Give them a call to place your order and keep your magazine's up to date! They Rock
When I receive annual renewal notices for three publications I subscribe to, I spend some time online comparing prices offered by multiple services and wind up at SpeedyMags because their prices are the lowest. My renewals have always been processed timely, and this year I created an issue on one of my orders. The New/Renewal choice defaults to NEW and I forgot to change it to renewal. I noticed the mistake when I printed out my order and emailed SpeedyMags. They replied within two days that they had changed the order to Renewal with thanks for the order. I won't bother to price-check in future years. I'll stick with these folks!
I ordered the magazine Psychology Today from the site on September 20. It's December 9 and I still haven't gotten my first issue. I've complained multiple times with no help or reason. Awful customer service and they won't give me a refund.
Speedy Mags is the BEST. They were able to get me a great discount on my magazines. A price you can't beat. I rarely have an issue but when I do, the customer service Dept. Takes care of it right away. I'm very satisfied!

However, put in coupon on front end of website transaction--was not deducted. Turns out you have to put it in twice. Confusing.
Also, externally found coupons not always accepted. Web site goes along--but order never ACTUALLY filled. Refund prompt, however.
I've been using SpeedyMags for over 5 years now. There bundle offerings are great, and they save me well over 50% off what I'd pay to the magazine directly/buying at the store. I love the reminders from them when a subscription is coming up. One time I got a reminder but then remembered I'd renewed for 2 years, so I emailed SpeedyMags. They responded in less than 10 minutes that they saw it was submitted as 1 year but that I'd clearly paid for 2 and would have it resolved ASAP and they did. Mistakes happen, it's how you resolve them and they were great. I've been in customer service my entire life and I appreciated the apology and quick resolution. These reviews about not getting subscriptions are not at all my experience. Do people realize it takes a few months even when you order directly from the carrier at times (especially magazines that only come out 6 times a year.)
I own a medspa and use Speedymags for all of my waiting room subscriptions. They are by far the best value for the money and very reliable. Excellent customer service which is rare these days. You can actually speak to a human. Highly recommend.
We have been working with SpeedyMags for our mag subscriptions for many years, which are weekly issues, and he has done a stellar job handling the account year after year. We started our search initially online like most of you considering where to go for reliability and good subscription rates. When there have been rare issues over the years with missing issues not mailed to us or lost in transit, Jake has always been responsive to get this resolved. His rates are also very competitive and clearly has a big selection. Would recommend SpeedyMags to anyone looking to sign on for magazine subscriptions and weary about who to trust on the internet to maintain a high bar of excellence for the product line and also to provide good customer support.
