I've been using SpeedyMags for over 5 years now. There bundle offerings are great, and they save me well over 50% off what I'd pay to the magazine directly/buying at the store. I love the reminders from them when a subscription is coming up. One time I got a reminder but then remembered I'd renewed for 2 years, so I emailed SpeedyMags. They responded in less than 10 minutes that they saw it was submitted as 1 year but that I'd clearly paid for 2 and would have it resolved ASAP and they did. Mistakes happen, it's how you resolve them and they were great. I've been in customer service my entire life and I appreciated the apology and quick resolution. These reviews about not getting subscriptions are not at all my experience. Do people realize it takes a few months even when you order directly from the carrier at times (especially magazines that only come out 6 times a year.)
