I've been using the resources found on Spark Rental for over a year now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best resources for Landlords, new or experienced. They have templates, screening tools, and an excellent facebook group (which is how I was introduced to them) where you can connect with other landlords for fast, sound advice and get their perspectives. I've learned a lot about how to fund, manage, and grow my business and it's made a world of difference. If you're on the fence, at least sign up for the Facebook Group so you can test the kind of value they offer first hand so you can learn about the great quality of the other products, many of which are also free making them a great resource for new, or cash-tight investors.

If you're new to real estate investing (even if you're not), Spark rental offers many tools and pieces of information that can help you feel more comfortable and confident in your journey. From free tenant checks to free calculators, trust me you'll find something that will be able to help you!

Amazing resource! I have used the spark rental state-specific landlord forms and lease for a few years and they were great! Perfect for my needs and affordable! I was quoted over $500 for a lawyer to prepare just the lease! I also now use their project management software to track the expenses for my rental and it is fairly easy to use. I also enjoy the up-to-date information shared through their podcast. Thanks so much for this resource!

Spark Rental has a surprising amount of free content and tools! I am just starting to learn about real-estate investing and Spark Rental is one of my go to spots to learn and explore this strategy. For those already in the trenches, they have a ton of tools for managing rentals that I'll definitely explore if I jump into rental real-estate investing. Highly recommend the site!

I am not a a newbie but I would not consider myself an experienced investor either. I've returned to the site over and over for great information about creative financing, renting to Section 8, tenant proofing your property, and much more. I also really appreciate the fact that you get the personal email addresses of the website owners to ask them questions and they really do respond!

Even more helpful has been the Facebook Group they created where I can seek the advice of 10's of thousands of other investors. Overall, its been a extremely helpful website for my real estate ventures.

Gave it 4 stars because I tried their landlord software and it was honestly less intuitive and subpar compared to others I have used but I haven't tried it since they renovated the site so it may be better now. Also, while I've watch multiple webinars and videos on their site, most of them want me to sign up and spend money on something at the end which isn't my favorite either.

Their goal is to be the one stop shop for real estate investors and I think with a few tweaks they are well on their way.

Great choice, if you're on the fence, I say go for it. You won't regret your decision. I didn't. Five stars all around! * I would give them 13 stars if I could!
