Love love love the sparklers! Bought them for my wedding (sparkler send off) and bought more because they were just too much fun not to. They last a very long time and make a beautiful light. Absolutely perfect
The sparklers were shipped in a timely manner and packaged nicely. We tried them out and they definitely have a beautiful sparkle and last the allotted time. I cant wait to see them at the wedding this weekend!

I can't rate the product for satisfaction until after Sunday. We haven't used them yet. I would suggest bagging them in plastic prior to packaging in the box. It poured down raining when I received mine and the box was soaked
Tips of the 3 ft sparklers were broken on a good percentage, only suggestion that they be packed in a slightly bigger box with bubble wrap. They should be packed like the 20 inch sparklers. 20 inch sparklers cannot move in their packaging. Overall was very well worth it.
I purchased these for my wedding and they were exactly what I was looking for! Definitely more durable than the traditional firework stand sparklers, and they lasted much longer which was perfect for pictures! Would recommend them to others and would buy again. Great price, great quality, great experience!
The box came damaged and the sparklers were bent. It was really hard to light them, but once they were lit they were great!

Overall I as pretty satisfied. My one complaint was that packaging left a little to be desired. By the time I received the package, almost all the little boxes had been smashed in one way or another and had to clean out all the broken pieces of sparklers from the boxes.
I thought the price of the items were fairly decent. A little pricey, but anything labeled for weddings seems to be. The only complaint I had were that many of the sparklers were broken when they arrived. I did not press the issue because we did not really have time and they were still usable, just shorter and some of the heart sparklers also had chunks out of them. The long ones were perfect for our wedding though. We were able to walk through once and then go back to stage some pictures because the sparklers were still gong.
They arrived in a very timely manner (in time for my wedding on 10/12) but when we received them some of the tips were crumbling off - they still worked, they just looked a little broken. Overall they worked perfectly for our send off.
The sparklers were poorly packaged and created a huge mess when opened. Some of the sparklers were damaged and all had to be cleaned so that the black powder that was everywhere would not get all over wedding guest hands when they took a sparkler. They should have been secured better inside the big box they were sent in. I ordered both 2' and 3' and the 2' sparklers were the main issue in the bigger box. They ended up breaking free of their individual boxes and created the mess.
Using the website and making the purchase was easy! I typed in my address wrong and sent an email requesting help to fix it, and they resolved it quickly. My sparklers arrived in plenty of time and were a beautiful send off for the end of my wedding!
The ones that lit were spectacular, but we did have quite a few that would not light. We followed the internet instructions to light one and then light the others from lit sparkler. We didn't light any before our event because they were for my daughters wedding exit.
I purchased for our daughter's wedding. (a couple of months away) Couldn't resist lighting one in advance.
AWESOME and "lengthy" sparkling effect! Should make for a fun and VERY creative send off for the newlyweds!

The buckets and sparklers came in two different shipments. When only one bucket came instead of two, I called customer service and they shipped the other bucket and sent a confirmation email with all the shipping information. The only disappointment I had was I tried using the chat 3 or 4 different times and never got a response...
Tested our 36' sparkler and lit like a champ. Awaiting our special day in October to light the rest. Great to receive bonus sparklers as part of the package for the kids to play along.

I wish I could post pictures! I ordered sparklers for q wedding event and it was such a beautiful touch! The bride and groom walked through the tunnel of beautifully lit sparklers, and into their vehicle as they left home. It was so beautiful and special! The sparklers lasted for a very good time. Great product and great service!
I host women's retreats and sparklers are always part of the fun. These hold up in wind and rain - even in the bitter March cold! Very grateful to have found this site. I have 3 more retreats in 2019!
