I purchased 4 of your sparklers as a trial run, looking for different fun options for parties in the future. Three of the sparklers would not light at all and the forth one was burned out even before the cake got to the table.
I have contacted the company twice with no reply to either message. I wanted to let them know that their product did not work for us, I would have expected the professional courtesy of a reply...that's all!
I have ruled out these sparklers for fun future party options.

The lanterns arrived within a week and worked really well. Just be sure to read and follow the instructions on the package. They are much bigger than expected and look so beautiful in the sky! The flame lasted a little less than 5 minutes, which was perfect.
Everything was well I received the product on time, everything was in the package and customer service followed up to make sure everything was good. The only reason I don't give them a 5 is because they are somewhat hard to light up and the don't come with the holder
Yes I received my order but the heart sparklers didn't work and it was almost impossible to get the other sparklers to light. Very unhappy with purchase.
I love the oversized sparklers I ordered, but I'm missing the number 10 I ordered. I emailed about it and have yet to receive a response. I will be happy to change my rating if my order is fixed.
I had a great experience ordering these sparklers, the ship time was super fast and they are packaged into like smaller bundles which was great to. I ordered 144 for my wedding and was afraid that some of them would break but that did not happen so I am very pleased!
The bucket arrived completely crushed and flat, as did the shipping box. The sparklers were fine but as of this moment, I'm still waiting to chat with someone and I've been waiting for 20 minutes with apparently the 1st spot in the queue. So we paid extra for the bucket, but it's completely unusable. We have a video of it, if necessary. I also tried calling but got no answer somehow?
I emailed twice and still have not heard anything. I received timely but 2 of the heart sparklers had nothing on them they are just the wire all of the stuff is in bottom of box. These are for the bridal party and needed.
The sparklers themselves were good products, we just did not appreciate the way the products were packaged. As soon as we lifted the box to bring it inside (from the main entrance where it was delivered to), sparklers were falling out from underneath. We noticed how the outside box was all roughed up, and the inside packaging was damaged as well. Also the small sparklers that came as a gift had all fallen as well, we were even missing a few as a result. That is why our overall experience was a 2 out of 5.
Ordered 12 confetti poppers to be the central theme of a gender reveal, and can you imagine the disappointment in the room of nearly 40 people when NOT ONE SINGLE ONE WORKED. We had to break open the foil and shake the contents out. Plus I paid $65 for expedited shipping, and no one from the company will get back to me. Their product ruined our event, and I'm out nearly $100 for the poppers and shipping total.
The 36" sparklers were everything we hoped they'd be for photos and the wedding send off. The punks however were terrible and did not light them. Definitely will skip the punks and Bring a torch or lots of lighters next time
The sparklers we ordered from Sparklers.us were just amazing! We ordered the large size. They added such a magical touch to the exit of the bride and groom. The sparklers lasted a really long time. Perfect finish! Highly suggest getting these!
I purchased the sky lanterns in April of 2023 to anniversary the one year marking of my mom passing away. My family and I gathered in her memory and sent off our lanterns with a message we each wrote for her. The lanterns worked perfectly and we were able to get them lit and floating off into the sky even with strong winds picking up. Highly recommend!
For the most part my experience was great ordering was easy, customer service was attentive and product was good however of the 18 poppers I ordered 3 of them did not work and were wasted which was very disappointing.
Ordered these at the last minute for a surprise 50th birthday party and not only did they arrive in time but they added that extra WOW that made the birthday cake look even more stunning and made for some wonderful birthday photos. As they were little larger than we expected we thought that having all 5 sparklers would overwhelm the cake, it did not. It was perfect. We will definitely be ordering more again for all our birthday celebrations.
Shipping was fast and communication with the company was great. I reached out to their support to see if they were sure my sparklers would arrive on time (since I ordered them very last minute) and they got back to me the same day ensuring they would come on time.

We order these for our wedding and they look great. Shipping was super fast and I actually turn on one of the sparkles and they do last a while so we will definitely have a lot of opportunities for photos and videos
