Never heard of sparklers.us until I googled for sparklers. It was to my surprise that they had everything my fiancé and I wanted for our wedding. With only 37 days till the wedding I was nervous that they wouldn't come in on time or that I would have issues with them. Read the reviews and took a chance. The sparklers were everything I expected and came in earlier then two weeks. Over very happy groom because this made an extremely happy fiancé.
Purchased the 36 in sparklers for my wedding. They sparkled for WAY LONGER than the 3 minutes that was stated in the description which was awesome! A little pricey, but very excited to see how the pictures came out!
I realized last moment the bubble send off for my wedding wouldn't work due to the lighting at my venue. So literally days, maybe 3 to be exact, before my wedding I put in my order. I placed my order too be expedited as fast as possible and it arrived at my home exactly when I was supposed too! It was also be exactly how it was supposed to look as well. Nothing was broken or damaged. You guys saved my wedding send off & it looked amazing! I would definitely recommend you to anyone and order from you again! Thank you for everything! I love companys that actually deliver exactly what they promise!
You guys are rockstars! I ordered sparklers from your company because the company I originally ordered them from didn't get them to me, using the excuse that they were refused by us and then tried to charge us $15 for a rush fee.

Great prices and easy ordering process. However! Delivery of my package was damaged and package of sparklers was crushed and missing a few due to box being damaged. Company has not responded to my email about this issue, nor was I able to upload the photos of the box.
The large sparklers were great but unfortunely one of the packages of the heart sparklers were damaged so we were unable to use them. I didn't open the package until the morning of the wedding, so that is why I didn't mention anything.

I ordered the sparklers for my wedding, and I paid for overnight 1-business-day shipping via Air Mail. The sparklers arrived a week later, after my wedding. I was so disappointed I couldn't use the sparklers for my wedding. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They said no refunds.
I asked for a refund of the shipping at least, as I had paid $132 for overnight shipping (1-business day). They said no.
I am so saddened I didn't have sparklers for my wedding, and I'm stuck with $230-worth of in-opened, unused sparklers I can't get a refund for. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially anyone about to get married.
I emailed customer service 3 times and I got no response. I had to take time off during work day to call their customer service phone number, only to get a voicemail. After several days of trying to get help, I got an email back with the answer 'no'. I am very disappointed in the customer service. I will never order from this website again.
Sparklers came and were not package very well. Before opening the box you could here like something was broke inside. After opening the big box the sparklers came in 5 of the sparkler boxes inside were open. There were sparklers not even in the sparkler boxes and most of them had the coating off of them. How are you suppose to light sparklers if there is no coating on them? I ordered 6 heart sparklers they didnt even fit in the box they were in and all of them had the coating off of them but 1.In my opinion the box was not packaged well and should have had some sort of packing material so the sparklers didnt bounce around in shipping. Very disappointed in what we got and havent even used them yet. Money was not well spent as most of the sparklers arent even usable. Definitely will not recommend buying from here.
I bought the tall tin container to hold the 36" sparklers. Wish you had a sticky. Back 5x7 sign for the container. Also the picture of the "LET LOVE SPARKLE" tags was deceiving. I thought the tags would be bigger.
