Absolutely love spark'l amazing quality they go above and beyond to make their customers happy never ever have I had issues with any of my bands any of my exchanges definitely recommend all the ladies that work there are amazing very very nice the most nicest people you'll ever meet in your life I absolutely have nothing negative to say about this company absolutely love it will continue to buy and they do sell accessories as well all authentic great company And these are just some of my great band I have no complaints

Bands are way over priced, I understand the designer ones but the others are ridiculous for a watch band. A basic leather band costs almost $200?! Plus you'll be waiting like 2 months before you get the band. I feel as though they spend more time pleasing their celeb customers and influencers who you see get bands all the time over their regular customers. Ridiculous! Also they need to offer ready to ship bands in larger sizes, not everyone has small wrists especially men.

OK this company used to be amazing and I'm not for sure what happened in the last few years but I moved on and lack of customer service for as much as you spend on the band you should get better service

Don't buy into the hype! Spark*l has gone downhill in a very short period of time. This started out as a small, in-home, woman owned small business a few years ago. Back then, you received quality watch bands at a reasonable price. Now the workmanship is absolutely horrible with non-existent customer service due to high employee turnover. The owner is aware of the concerns from her customers (who have spent thousands) but she continues to complete disregard anything she deems "negative" (when it's really customers just frustrated with the products we are receiving). The turnaround time is often longer than 4 weeks so the company has our money and we have to track down our bands by trying to get a response via email or social media messages.

Please don't waste your hard earned money with this company until positive changes have been made!

There is a place called Cellini designs, $40-$50 cheaper authentic up cycle, in Europe takes about a week to get your product, but it's completely worth it beautiful Crossman ship, and they do it for almost any smart!

Chanel watch band. Was not what I ordered. Way OVERPRICED. $350.looks cheap and is put together with snaps! Keeps getting bigger with the cheap material that is used!

Buyer beware. This company may seem rosey at first but it does not take long to realize that they are not an ethical company. Apparently, there is a code of conduct that customers are required to adhere to. Sparkl themselves are not required to adhere to the same code. Customers cannot ask about their bands that are taking 2 months or more to complete on a live. When they have not got a reply by their nonexistent customer service, but for asking they can get suspended or expelled from the community-literally for asking. It's outrageous that a company can conduct themselves so unethically. They change this code of conduct to suit them and they create more drama than they are worth.
The owners have compared themselves to Saks when there is NO comparison. She seems to think she is untouchable. Never have I seen a company create such drama consistently. She goes on her personal account cries every week about who had betrayed her that week and who is acting unethically when it is usually her or one of her minions who creates the drama. She is the bully!
Courtney says she supports and promotes kindness and other female owned small businesses but she does not. She is the bully and Tracey, her COO does her dirty work.
Stay away, they get you in with a beautiful aspheric and then it is just a spider and a fly situation. Horrible, actually non existent customer service and where their product used to be amazing is it less than satisfactory anymore. The way they treat their employees is also disgusting. They can't keep employees. Never have I seen anything like this. They would not know the truth if it but them. Now no returns, you cannot cancel an items and they constantly play favorites. Just stay away.
Finally, they also retaliate so be careful about posting or saying anything negative about them.

This used to be a great company with great customer service. How the service is non existent and you wait for your band for months or in my case they forgot about my band. It seems they only care about their influencers getting all their bands and don't give a crap about their customers WHO ACTUALLY PAY FOR THIS OVERPRICED BANDS AND DONT GET THEM HANDED TO THEM FOR FREE. Ridiculous never again.

I have been a customer for over 9 months. I have seen many things change over these 9 months and not one change has been a beneficial change.
The product that Spark*l delivers is mediocre at best. The consistency of the product is never the same and in my opinion, you do not get the high quality product you pay for. They want to consider these bands as couture products. They charge couture pricing, but most definitely do not deliver couture products.
Please do not pay these high dollar prices for mediocre products. I was foolish and did for far too long.
They have lost a band that is sent in for refurbishment. They have shipped me another customers order. They have shipped me a band that I was not happy with on more than one occasion and it's next to impossible to get them to correct the mistake.
And the customer service is terrible. No one seems to know what they are doing, always gives inconsistent answers and has ZERO leadership.
The owner of Spark*l needs help. In my opinion she needs to hire managers that are qualified and are strong leaders. The current management staff is unprofessional, and they do not set good examples of leadership. Chaos is what they have and it shows to their customers.
I cannot continue to support a business that thrives on chaos, charges too much for couture pieces, and delivers a less than desirable product.
Buyers beware. Do not waste your money!

I would give Spark'l 100 star's if I could u absolutely love this this company I only have 6 bands so far 1 custom band, sweatshirt an a lv kipp bag on way! I will continue to build my collection however! Everyone here is just so kind from the groups all the way to customer service! It's a lovely place to be an im so grateful I found yall! I have been a customer of this company for well over a year. They have made many changes over the last few months. They will change policies without putting them in writing and informing customers BEFORE new policies are implemented, sometimes at the whelm of the COO who decides to just call the customer up without warning and change their policies as of that moment. VERY unprofessional in their approach to customer relations. They cater to influencers instead of their regular customer base, meaning influencers get any rare materials while regular customers are not offered these rare materials. They charge high prices for "couture" products that are NOT the quality that you are paying for. When they mess up on a band, they tell you these are "handmade" and refuse to accept a return. Their prices have dramatically increased in the time I have been a customer while the quality of product and customer service have declined even more dramatically. Their jewelry line quality is horrible and you pay high prices for jewelry.
They have an extremely high employee turnover and it shows in the quality of workmanship and customer service. Staff is overworked and it takes days, or even weeks to get anyone in customer service to return an email or message. The company removed its customer service phone number from the website months ago, so there is no option to call when you need immediate help. All this and they changed their return policy to three days (but only on "limited edition" bands, everything else is completely nonreturnable) for a regular refund if payment was made by card/cash and they implemented a restock fee if you refuse a gift card or store credit, without informing customers when the restock fee was implemented. They implemented a non cancelation policy so you can no longer cancel a product even if it is taking months to create. Their turn around time for creating bands states 2-3 weeks, when in reality it is taking 8-10+ weeks and that's if nothing goes wrong with the band. They make you pay upfront for your items and take weeks/months to get them to you, but if you ask to cancel or return, they no longer allow this. They supposedly have a "satisfaction guarantee policy" but you can't return a band if you don't like it, so they obviously do not stand behind their own products!
I have returned watch bands and it took them two months to refund my money, this was after they had already sold my returned bands. They have misplaced custom orders, misplaced upcycled Louis Vuitton bags, sold upcycled bags (to create a band from) to an influencer before I created my band from the bag, completely made custom bands wrong numerous times, pulled all band orders out of production for weeks, promised expedited processing times and free priority shipping, but received regular first class shipping, for "black status VIPs", just to name a few of the problems I have personally had. You get different answers to the same questions and when you ask which one is the correct answer, they contradict each other again. The CEO will get on social media and call her customers "trolls" and post negative comments about other businesses (who make watch bands or similar jewelry), ex-employees, and even customers that they feel do not "support" them, meaning if you complain at all, the owner calls you a bully/troll on her IG pages. The owner actually closes any customer's account who says anything she perceives as negative about the company and goes as far as threatening legal action against other businesses and customers. They state that you have violated their anti-bullying policy, but refuse to provide a copy of said policy and refuse consistently to tell you what you did that was bullying. When they close a customer's account, they block all access to their website, app, and social media platforms and cancel any paid/open orders stating the customer will receive a refund in the form of a check within 5 business days with the amount being at the "sole discretion of Spark*l's Chief Financial Officer and non-negotiable." I have never seen a CEO act in this manner. This is not a professionally run business. They lack any real leadership, organization, or logical managerial processes.
If you want to support a company that thrives on disorganization and drama, this is the one. If you want to support a small company that makes quality upcycled watch bands and you get what you pay for, look elsewhere. You can find much cheaper upcycled watch bands and similarly made/styled solid sterling silver or gold jewelry for cheaper prices.

Tip for consumers:
The only thing returnable is a band made from a listing marked as "limited edition". Open box, perfectly imperfect, ready to ship, sale items, and custom orders are ALL nonreturnable! So make sure you order exactly what you want!! Production time is also 6+ weeks and you have to pay in advance, make sure you order in plenty of time if it's for a special occasion.

I've been a customer for almost 2 years now. My first band was a PiP (perfectly imperfect) which means there may be a little flaw somewhere. It was the most stunning LV band! Wear it all the time! Every time I have had an issue, like the sizing was off or I accidentally ordered a band I put on my waitlist, they have made it right and made it super easy to take care of. I've seen the reviews and it seems someone may have a bad experience and it shifts their whole line of thinking. I've met and chatted with these people and they're human just like us and have the sweetest hearts and truly do their best to help the customer. They do get back to you within 24-48 hours which is standard anywhere. They get 100's of emails daily and have a small staff, be kind. Also, they do sell bands of ALL sizes - customizable and read to ship. From tiny 5" wrists to larger. Are they always in stock? Perhaps not, but they often have customizable leathers you can customize yourself in post check out or schedule a stylist assist appt and have fun styling with a live person! All this to say, I have over 25 gorgeous bands and they are very well made and done with such care and love. I highly recommend this company if you want to jazz up your watch band! There's a reason why a beautiful community of woman have been connected because of this company and the bands Courtney has created. They don't favor "celebs" or their ambassadors. The ambassadors buy the bands just like us! Sometimes they do get a band ahead of us IF they are styling that band so they can show it! Also, they often have deals and specials and the cost is no different than the leather band you'd buy at Apple that has no personality and falls apart after a year. (Happened to me and I paid more than I have with my Sparkl bands!) These bands have a lifetime warranty! Download the Sparkl app and shop! You won't regret it! :)

Tip for consumers:
Shipping and refunds are depending on the issue and product you buy. If you customize the band, shipping takes longer. Refunds can and have happened but they don’t offer refunds because you just don’t like it. They definitely work with you though!
