They take your money and don't have the items in stock, a few days later they tell you and persuade you to choose something else instead with a 10% discount, you have to ask twice for a refund... when finally refunded I was £1.37 out of pocket and they blame paypal! They won't reply to emails so I'm out of pocket for the pleasure of not having what I paid for and wasting my time with them! Avoid if possible!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying - ordered, paid for and no delivery! Now to contact Paypal but having read the reviews it does not look helpful. Paypal should really step in and do the proper thing - cover the losss and remove the company

I am like many of you and ordered a box set from Sourceplaza. After receiving them I found that over half either don't work or are in another language. After much negotiation I managed to get them to agree to a 65% refund. Now after sending many emails with the payment details they have stopped replying. Everyday I send them an email requesting them at least acknowlege they have recieved something. But I get nothing back from them. It gives me some comfort that I am not alone but it annoys the hell out of me that PayPal won't even back me up. They say they only offer buyer protection if I purchased through eBay.

After waiting weeks just trying to get a hold of sourceplaza I finally got an email response. I had filed a complaint with Paypal. Sourceplaza's phone number and live chats were NEVER available! I finally received The DVD box set I had ordered over a month later! I canceled my complaint. I gave these to my daughter for Christmas. We later found out that the DVD; s are defective! Now I have been dealing for weeks by email with sourceplaza trying to get a refund! They keep asking me for details on defective parts. Besides telling them that the DVD's skip and are VERY POOR quality, I don't know what they want. Now they are trying to make me offers to replace the ones that skip, telling me they can refund me 30%, to now offering me 25% refund and I can keep the DVD's! They are a total scam! NEVER, NEVER use this site! I'm now filing another complaint through Paypal. They need to remove them from their merchant list!

Purchased 6 seasons of a TV show, $65 GREAT PRICE. Took over a month to receive. Of 22 disks, two contained content.
They want me to pay for return mail to "CHINA". Forget Paypal HELP. BIG HOAX, PAY MORE AND SAVE MONEY.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company! I ordered a product and a month later have still not received anything from them. I have written them several times and get no responce. They are a scam!
