“NEVER AGAIN - WORST COMPANY EVER”

Worst company with horrible customer service. I ordered a product over 40 days ago, added insurance as well as opted for Express shipping which promised delivery within 10 days. It's been 42 days, the shipping company they utilize doesn't seem legitimate (non existent email nor customer service) and Soufeel's customer service doesn't want to reimburse me although I payed for insurance and express shipping. HUGE SCAM. Don't buy from here

I am very happy with the moonlamp and the photo looks great, the writing on the back was correct even although I made a mistake in the spacing. My only negative points are very long postage plus the packing box was all bashed and torn, a fragile sticker could have prevented this as I was expecting to open the box to a broken lamp, thankfully it's all intact and actually looks great while lit up.

I wasn't sure what to expect ordering from this company, as there are mixed reviews on every site. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
I ordered a keychain last week (about 9 days ago) and it arrived today. I purchased standard shipping, which should have had the item here in 8-11 business days… it's only been 6, and the product even ended up coming before my boyfriend's birthday (which is amazing as it was intended to be his gift and I didn't think it would come on time).
Customer service was also very helpful, they sent the wrong link to track my package at first, but it wasn't a big deal because replied to my email promptly with the correct tracking site and code so I could find my package.
The quality of the keychain seems pretty good, one thing I would mention is that the exposure on the picture seems to be quite high, but it doesn't affect the look too much (that's my only reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Only time will tell the long-term quality of this item, but for now I am very happy with my product and with the service from this site.

I ordered two dozen pairs of slides from Soufeel and, while they aren't the best, they are certainly good enough. Here are a few key points.

1. Many of my friends say they're uncomfortable. I wouldn't say they are uncomfortable but there's certainly no cushy bottom.

2. They are really silly. Everyone loves the picture I added to the slides.

3. The shoe sizes are a bit off and the picture you want it might be a bit off the frame so err on the side of adding more picture than less.

All around I'd say their business is a great idea with a mediocre follow through.

Tip for consumers:
If you’re going to add a picture to something, don’t make it fit the frame perfectly. Some might get cut off.

I receive my necklace timely and engraved pendant with my children's name came out beautiful.
This is my 2nd purchase. My only concern is the chain provided, it does change colors after awhile. Otherwise, I adore and love my purchase!

Tip for consumers:
Better quality in the chain which hold the charm. It turns after 6 months

I've ordered an engravable ring and was delivered back in February. Unfortunately, my daughter's name was engraved incorrectly. I informed Soufeel about the case and they replaced my order free of charge.
I should have had rated 5 stars, but because of the long period of production and delivery time I am obliged to only give 4.

I was looking for a website that sold personalized products for a decent price and I found a review online that recommended Soufeel and I had a look at the website and it had soo many amazing products. I was really skeptical because I read more reviews and some were good and some were really bad. I realized it would be a huge risk but the products were so amazing it was definitely worth it. I filled my cart with so many items and I was eligible for free fast shipping which was great because I needed everything in time for Christmas. I was nervous to purchase so I contacted customer support and let them know about my worries. Rosa was very helpful and she upgraded my shipping to DHL expedited so I was very happy about that. She helped me along the whole way with my order. The items didn't ship out on time but they still came before Christmas. Near the end there I was worried because only one thing shipped out and I thought they completely didn't do the other items so I contacted customer support and I did not get a reply right away, so I was freaking out. But eventually I got a message back and they told me the items were not completed yet so after a few more days they were ready and shipped out. Over all, I am super satisfied with the items except for one (beanie hat). But everything else was incredible and they were totally worth the wait. The recipients loved their gifts and I will definitely be ordering from Soufeel again and recommending it to everyone. Personalized gifts are definitely the best. Huge hit this year for Christmas, Soufeel, get ready for my enormous Valentine's Day order!

My only complaint is, the chain is so short. That it wouldn't fit over the head of a premie newborn.

I ordered my personalised photo beads a few weeks ago and they came in record time. They are a bit smaller than expected and the picture is difficult to see due to its size but the clarity of the image and the craftsmanship of the bead makes up for that. I will definitely buy from here again. Thank you so much.

Their 365 days guarantee is legit! I returned a few items last month and soufeel is sending me back the replacements. Their chat service is awesome. Would have given it 5 stars but I had bad experience thru their email customer service. But all in all they are great! Love my charms and they are still in great shape post 10months. Thank you soufeel!

This is my third order and will order many more times. Awesome charms and great communication. Just opt for express shipping if you want your products faster as shipping can be a bit slow. But I love all their charms just gorgeous!

Order did take longer than I expected. It was a personalized item with a photo, plus website said they were updating order system so with that & it being a personalized item, expected that it would take a little extra time but not that much. Other than that, so far, I'm happy with the product I received. The customer service agent that helped me was great. I was able to use the online chat & she even gave me her email address & kept me posted on the progress of the order. Will probably place another order in the future & if it's not a personalized item, hoping it will arrive sooner.

I was dubious after reading some of the reviews on there page, But they answered all my emails and my photo charm arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Make sure you order within plenty of time (bearing in mind they are coming from China). I will be using them again xx

I love the charms and I love that I can use the charms in my pandora bracelet... they have better designs and the best is that you can add your pictures at the charms...
I didn't give them 5 stars because their shipping is sucks you need to wait 2 to 3 weeks and if you order in a holliday like february 14 or mothers day you can wait a month or more to get your charms...

I saw the Soufeel posts on FB and was impressed and attracted to the charms and meaning. I requested from my husband to buy one for me. Of course the first question will be: is the website legit? I said yes. We choose charms, one which means us as husband and wife, a swarovski birthstone for me and last is a daughter charm cause we have a daughter. After few days of placing an order, I have read lots od customer feedbacks, and I felt the worry and panic because most customers do not receive their order on time, some thinks Soufeel is a scam. I sent FB message everyday, did online chat to them and I was fortunate that they assisted me all the way. I received my order within the 7-10 day period. It was then I felt relaxed. Thank you for being true to your word.
