Worst company with horrible customer service. I ordered a product over 40 days ago, added insurance as well as opted for Express shipping which promised delivery within 10 days. It's been 42 days, the shipping company they utilize doesn't seem legitimate (non existent email nor customer service) and Soufeel's customer service doesn't want to reimburse me although I payed for insurance and express shipping. HUGE SCAM. Don't buy from here

Don't waste your money, bought 3 projection bracelet. Projection doesn't work, too small to look through, to small to shine a torch through, looks cheap, it's an embarrassment to give as a gift. Customers service is not helpful, won't refund as they are custom. They remove negative reviews from their Facebook so they know that their product substandard. Don't be stupid like I was find someone to spend your hard earned $$ on

I ordered a photo bracelet for a friend whose mother passed away. I received it the bracelet was nice but I am not able to see the picture at all. How do I give this to someone when they can't even view the picture. I have emailed and did chat support and have not received any help. They did say personalized items are not returnable BUT the product was not as described so please refund my money.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a product and still hadn't received it two weeks after it was supposed to have been delivered. I contacted customer service numerous times and all I got were automated emails and copy-and-paste responses max I asked direct questions about the tracking number and shipping company and was ignored. I asked for the situation to be escalated and was ignored. I reached out via their website and was twice told a manager would call me and I never heard anything either time. The products ship from China and the best I've been able to ascertain is that they use some shady Chinese company to get the products to America and then use USPS once the product clears customs but their shady Chinese delivery company doesn't have a functioning website and it seems like most packages get flagged by customs. It wouldn't be a big deal if they provided more accurate shipping estimates or responded to questions but they don't.

I placed my order November 3rd and was supposed to receive it, by latest, November 16th. I have emailed several times. I have asked them to resend it, asked for a refund, a partial refund. I had my bank card compromised after making a purchase with this company.
I had issues with delivery which when contacting them was made clear that was my problem and not there's.
They do not give a damn about consumer rights and customer care.
I did - eventually - receive my order only because I went to the couriers local depot and collected it. Unfortunately gifts were as disappointing as the service.
I ordered a photo frame having provided a high quality photo and the picture I received looked like it was painted in a nursery - the quality was shocking. The photo image looked like it was painted and smeared.
The other gift was a charm which was a much better image bizzarely but the engraved writing required a magnifying glass to read - just pay the extra to Pandora and get the real thing and a longer retention of your hair line!

I ordered here to get someone a personalized item and I even paid an extra $25 for express shipping for it to be delivered 2-4 business days. It has been over a month, no refund, no package. I have emailed this website numerous times and they don't even bother checking emails, you get sent to the automated messaging. Whenever I go on the website to see where the hell my package is it says it is still processing. I have ordered from here before and the item I ordered was not at all what was described you can not even see the photos because of how small it was. My Husband ordered a bobble head that should have looked like us. However, they messed up on me! We asked for our refund back multiple times but they wouldn't. I ordered keychains with "our" song on it for our anniversary. It is literally just a Spotify link engraved on a metal tab. It pulls up a playlist of songs that are completely unrelated to our song. We've never used Spotify prior to this so it's not anything we set up in Spotify. The CSR asked me to take a picture of it and basically said, it works for me so you're just out of luck.
Biggest waste of money and terrible disappointment when my husband opened his gift and couldn't figure out why he was listening to a horrible country music tragedy when he scanned it.

I order a watch for my partner birthday with his grandmother picture on it. First they sent me the wrong watch. I contacted email the customer service and let them know that they sent me the wrong watch. They said they could sent out another one but I had to pay for shipping plus 15% of the cost for the watch. I paid for it, now the watch came with scratches all over it. The picture quality on the watch looks horrible. I reached back out to the customer service people, they said they only can give me 15% back of my payment. I will never order from them again.

I made a order on January10,2022 I waited a week before getting a hold of anyone about the shipping information and someone responded a week later. I still haven't seen the package ups said it was shipped back to sender I tried to get a hold of them they will not do a refund but want to charge me all over again. It's now 02/09/2022 and I'm having to call the bank and do a hole dispute. Please don't waste your money or time with these guys!

I had ordered a wonderful wallet for my girlfriend, it arrived with a defect. And with that I contacted Soufeel, they responded very quickly and sent me a new wallet instead. But it also came with a defect and an even bigger one. I then contacted Soufeel and they replied that the keyboard had been tested before sending it out. And doesn't answer me anymore.

I wish my daughter had read the reviews of Soufeel prior to her purchase of a Mother's Day gift for me. She purchased the charm with my parent's pictures, as they had just passed. However, in less than a week, the picture had bubbles in it. It was worn for just a few minutes, only twice. I never washed my hands with it on, nor was in humid weather. I reached out to the company and they demanded pics of the picture inside the charm...? You can't use our cell phone light and camera at the same time, and other light sources would not work, we tried every avenue. They did not care, only stated since I could not provide a picture, they could not help me. I would not recommend this company as their customer service is very unhelpful.

Overall the quality was not worth the almost $90 I paid for this item. I was excited to get it for a gift. However, the base pieces look like they were scrapped together with cheap glue. One side of the head the hairline isn't finished and its significantly noticeable to the other. Even looks like the hairline was chipped and still shipped. Regret spending money on a business that was advertised so well. Quality looked good on the website so I thought it may be worth the money, absolutely not.

So as you can already see from reviews there not an honest company. 9 times out of 10 items never arrive. So instead of writing just an other bad review I want to suggest something instead.
If you have been scammed by them go onto there facebook page, there tictok page and there Instagram page and leave comments stating that they are scamming people. Also report there pages to the platforms to help get them removed and hopefully saving someone else from making the same mistake. It's pretty much the only thing to do to fight back against them.

Order never arrived and apparently it's 'company policy' that they can only offer 30% refund. Absolute joke. It's also a Chinese company under the guise of a UK web address. Scroll to the bottom and registered in Hong Kong. First they said it'll take a month to sort out, after a month had already passed. Then said do I want a replacement (they were Christmas presents and it's the end of January, so obviously not!) and so the only offer is they'll refund me 30% of my £85 order, even though my order never arrived!
