The most unreliable company I've ever ordered from! They lied and said I will get my order before Christmas. I have received a email now saying it would take 6-10 more days! I ordered on Dec 9th and now it's the 20th now I have to spend more money on gifts because my order may not come in time! I will never order from here again!

What a nightmare order, Will never buy from them again. The photo was so dark it looked like a black heart, Even with a magnifying glass you couldnt work out what the photo was. I am currently going through the resolution with them but they want to offer credit to buy from them again? Are they serious? It has been a nightmare to get hold of them. Charged me 4 times for my order all while giving me a credit card error on the site. I placed three different order (shipping different places) one order went through, the other said in processing, the third charged me 4 times after complaining they refunded all 4 never processing the order. Instead of refunding 3 and process. What a disaster. Never again

This company first told me that my order was out of stock and if I didn't get back to them within 24 hrs that they were going to automatically change my order to something different. After I told them that I wanted the item that I initially ordered, they magically got a shipment in the next day and shipped it out. Then I receive a call from a lovely lady many states away saying that she received my order and when I finally got in touch with the company their solution was to simply ask the other customer to send it to me and offered me a $3 coupon. At this point, if I ever get the product I purchased at all, it won't be in time for Christmas. I understand mistakes happen but not taking responsibility for their mistake is poor business. Offering $3 dollars to spend at their company is a joke because I don't intend to spend money here ever again. I do not recommend purchasing from here. There are plenty more of reputable businesses that provide better service.

I ordered a charm on the 17th of November, and as stated on their site, production is 3-5 days plus up to 6 days for shipping. The order says it was shipped on the 18th, and was last scanned in China on the 21st of November. Since then there's been no updates, no scans at all. I've contacted customer service a couple of times to see if they can contact the shipping company to investigate why it's fallen off the radar, and they've just fed me the same BS line about it being in Australia, but due to the high volume of deliveries Australia post may take a while to get them out. Which is complete BS considering I've ordered plenty of things from overseas for Christmas and tracking has never gone without being updated for almost a month. I've also asked for proof of their knowledge of it's arrival in Australia multiple times and they've yet to provide any.
So they've just asked me to wait until Christmas to see if it arrives, but obviously that's too late if I have to arrange another gift.
I get the shipping is out of their control, but I don't like being lied to in order to buy themselves more time. Just issue a refund or send a replacement and have a happy customer.
Thankfully I ordered via Paypal, so will be opening up a case in order to get my money back.

Really really happy with the product I chose for my partner a personalised charm. I was really worried after I purchased online and seen some of the reviews mainly not arriving on time. Some said the size aswell. Its absolutely perfect. And shes over the moon with it. I ordered on the 3rd and came today the 12th. I bought two charms and both were very dark and you can barely see the picture. With technology today, the picture should have been edited on their end to try to lighten it. If not, then i should have been contacted to submit a better picture! Very disappointed and now im out $50 and will have to give a crappy gift.
