I want to give them negative 5 starts. The absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a hoodie 2 weeks prior to a Halloween party that I intended to wear it to. I messaged the company and asked if they thought I had enough time. They guaranteed I would receive this product before the party or my money back. I did not receive it until 3 days after the party. I messaged them about the issue. The first email was ignored. They responded to the second email, saying they would send a small gift for the inconvenience. I never received that. So I left a 1 star review that explained in detail all the issues I had while working with them. I wish I had kept a copy of that review. They immediately reached out to me, saying they had never received a 1 star review before and would do anything if I would change it. I told them they failed to follow through on their promises on 2 separate occasions. They said they promised to send something out asap and asked if I would change my review until then. So I did, giving them the benefit of the doubt. They never sent anything YET AGAIN and made it so I could not edit my comment or review to its original. I've attached that conversation. I apologize for the language I used, but I had finally had it with them. I had been professional and patient (3 month worth of patients) and was met with nothing but BS the entire time. They messaged me saying I had blackmailed them, bullied them, and posted a false review. I absolutely did no such thing. I never asked for anything from them. They manipulated me into taking down the review and then threatened to seek legal action against me when I called them out for it. They are awful people.

Answer: 100% a scam. Companies outright lies about shipping the product. Customer service is pretty much all automated. When you follow up to ensure a product has been shipped as you would cancel if it hadn't and they lie that 100% is a SCAM.
