Answer:
100% a scam. Companies outright lies about shipping the product. Customer service is pretty much all automated. When you follow up to ensure a product has been shipped as you would cancel if it hadn't and they lie that 100% is a SCAM.

They have cool designs! But now that I finally received my order a week after they told me to expect it and the quality is poor, I will not be shopping with them again.

Answer:
It took my order about 2 weeks. They make the shipping label way before they even ship the item. The time between my shipping label being created and them actually shipping it was 8 days, and it probably shipped that day because I was emailing them asking why it's taking longer than what their website said.
