I wasn't really sure what to expect. Between the initial consult with a sales rep, I suppose, and the preop, I was verbally abused by the Dr Atun, who stated he would not do the surgery without the invasive parts. They were talking that they were going to charge me 5% to reschedule though he was the reason it was apparently being rescheduled. Then they changed the doctors, then that doctor couldn't do it for the next appointment they scheduled. So I wrote them and told them I initially came in for the non invasive procedure they were advertising. Their practice manager called me and said they couldn't send the deposit back to me through my credit card but would mail a check. She cited the full amount back. Now a month later, no refund received as of yet, I called today and was told the manager was in a meeting, I asked about the missing check. Sadly, the only thing I got was verbal abuse and a run around. (Rescheduled, not informed of the doctor, no informed consent & they are the ones that cancelled/rescheduled TWICE.

Sonobella scams it's customers. At your most vulnerable moment a non medical sales person "examines" you and assures you that you're a candidate for liposuction. You secure your surgery date with a no refundable deposit of $2500. But at the pre-op appointment with a doctor your hear more details that suggest the procedure will not produce the results the salesperson suggested. I then decided not to have the procedure. At first, I felt grateful that the MD had been honest. But then I wondered how many other people had paid $2500 only to then be told the procedure would not be beneficial.

Don't waste your money on Sonobello.
When you go to a consultation they assure you of the procedure, they even assure you that if the results are not what you expect, sonobello responds.
This is false, of course they offer you more but with your money, the result is an itregular skin, and with everything and that they proceed to fear skin, then the doctor tells the patient that what he required was a tommy tuck.
You can read Sonobello's complains and many patients are complaining about the disaster in the result.
Don't lose money and don't expose your health with Sonobello.
I have everything to demonstrate this testimony.
Do not believe in Sonobello.

I already pursue a lawsuit and I am going to contact the boards of doctors plastic surgeon I don't think this doctor He should be there. Sonobello it's horrible. They are butchering people and taking their money. They are a scam. This business is a shady and should be closed and once and forever, I don't care how many people give good reviews most of them they are employees work for the doctor themselves and the doctor operate free surgery on them to remove their fat they are not real patient couple of them patient who had good results at beginning until they started getting bigger with following number of patients and more demanding they turned sloppy and reckless, I filed for refund with BBB and I will contact attorney general office in Ohio, not done yet this doctor ruined me and he shouldn't get away with it, his arrogance demeanor is going to be soon change to begging for drop off the charge, their practice going down to the drain many people complained and upset from what had been done to them, and yet their review gets worse and worse and that helped me with my evidence plus the voice recording his nurse admitted he $#*!ed up in my visit post operation when she saw the shape of my belly.the day I took this photo is the same day of surgery and clearly showing from the marks he did skip the area he should do in the middle since I already paid for but he done nothing $7k is not little money but on top of that he destroyed my shape of the tummy

So unhappy with results i got and nobody cares cause they don't have the doctors available who did your procedure. Just go for the tummy tuck, its not worth the money you spend

I had laser lipo on three areas about three years ago-Garfield Heights Oh location-Rocky was very good at selling the process-said they could eliminate my concerns and that they wouldn't come back stupid me….not to mention I got sooo sick and the pain was awful. The fat did come back-looks like my skin is wavy -I followed all instructions-wore the compression garments-even longer than they said I had to.in fact -just go buy yourself compressions garments and you will feel great while wearing and save yourself THOUsANDS of dollars. BIG letdown and quite frankly left me very depressed-and yes I exercise five days a week.

Sono Bello attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

My. Wife and i went in for a consultation hanna was nice but that's because she hadn't got our money yet. We left and thought a1c we would get for my wife and we would be done then they want a medical clearance from my wife's doctor why the only thing we can see is that their doctor was to scared to be sued i guess. Made no since to us when we explained to them we couldn't do that they would not return our call or nothing so we are not having done. Good thing after seeing these reviews. I would not recommend them run they don't return calls and they don't try to come up with a soulution

Going to Sonobello was absolutely the biggest mistake I've made in my entire life! Not to mention the most expensive one! The people at sonobello are nothing but avaricious deceitful get overs! I have a lot of loose skin after having 3 children (all weighing over 8lbs.) My main interest was a tummy tuck but 3 different people I spoke to from Sonobello reassured me that this lipo would give me the results I was looking for. They blatantly lied to me. My stomach now looks worse than ever after getting lipo to my upper and lower stomach and waist the top part of my stomach is all wrinkly and on my right side where I got lipo at my waist is like a permanent crease or indention. I'm extremely disgusted and angry about the whole sonobello experience and prayerfully they will not be in business much longer

Friendly staff from the start. I was a bit nervous and the doctor adjusted my meds to make me more comfortable. I am submitting a before surgery picture side by side of less than 24 hours later.

Don't consider this

I fell into thinking this would work. My consultant told me..."you'll have dark glasses, your choice of music, you'll sleep/rest through the entire procedure." The ride service they recommended for me never showed up and then wanted to charge me for the rides. During the procedure, I was in excruciating pain. I spent the procedure trying to push away the doc and his nurse. No music, no dark glasses, no sleeping. After the procedure, I couldn't work for weeks. The incision in my back wouldn't allow me to sit comfortably. Once I kinda healed, my body changed. Although they removed fat in some places, leftover fat migrated to other places. My body is unrecognizable. And, on my own, on a keto diet, I've lost 40 lbs. I would not recommend Sonobello to my worst enemy. Do not fall into their trap. Do not spend money on this pie in the sky.

They do not care about people just collecting the money. After finding out from my primary care doctor that this procedure was not safe for me and I cancelled; they still charged my cards for the procedure I DID NOT HAVE. See photos for full review.

Waste of money and time

This was the worst experience ever. I was over changed. The front office and Office Manager are clueless. They miss-scheduled me several times and the were never on schedule. The front office has not idea what the back office is doing. 15K and all we got was discomfort and dissatisfaction. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Avoid this place!

Beware of this place! They are NOT responsible for results and complications, means you can say goodbye to your LARGE $$$$. The procedure is very painful ( as a mother of 2/ natural birth) I can say that. I got no results, still numbness in some areas ( since October! And this is May already) and horrible post procedures holes! I was offered to do " touch ups", good heavens! People don't realize that this is very invasive procedure. How often you hear a statement from surgical team in the hospital " oh, sorry, we missed all right areas, but hey, let's try do it again" it is the same! But for some reason, Sonobello makes such a failure like a routine failure in the their practice. Don't buy their nice smiles and crazy amount of phone calls prior to selling you a package. Once procedure is done, the doctor won't see at all until 6 months after!?!? How " great" is follow up! Congrats if you get fat areas down but you are more likely to look like a mutant with regard to your body proportions.

Terribly painful during. Nothing more than a Valium and asprin for the procedure. Doctor had worst bedside manner ever. Results worse than both. Looks like I ate rocks.

Went in for a consultation and it was insisted that I put a down payment to hold my original quote.
Covid hit, jobs lost, and I asked to reduce the number of areas treated and they wanted to charge the same as all the areas.
I couldn't afford it and they DID NOT CARE.
Very rude and would not recommend their services.

OMG she is the BEST!

A very sweet spirit and makes you feel like you've known her your whole life. Then there was Tiffany, she was sweet and explained everything so well. Now the procedure day, my nurse was "Monique". OMG she is the BEST!

Chop shop for people

Great sales pitch. TERRIBLE aftercare. The procedure was extremely uncomfortable and the staff had a lassie fair attitude. I was sore for 3 months after my procedure. The Two-day recovery and return to work is A BOLD FACE LIE, it's extremely deceptive and I regretted every second of my decision. I had lipo and skin removal for my abdomen area.
