I am a big fan of Songfacts. I do not understand the bad reviews about viruses from 2010. Have been using it weekly for about five years now. Love to brush up my music knowledge there. I find it quite accurate and amusing. I volunteer at a local radio station in the Netherlands and due to a car accident my memory was somewhat damaged. Everything was so to say "at the tip of my tongue". Because of Songfacts my "directories" are in better shape now both and I find facts I didn't know beforehand.
Went there to look up info on a group, then I get the dialog box telling me I have 5 viruses on my phone and to download this bs app... Kinda figured it was bs as I was using my tablet... there's other sites to use instead of this one... stay away from this one... bad site

Most songs have been hits in the USA. So most French, Spanish and German songs can't be found here.

I first found this site when I wanted to know the meaning behind a song, where the inspiration came from. Sure enough, it had the answer! There are all kinds of songwriter interviews and an inside look of a lot of my favorite music, bigger names anyway.

DON'T NOT CLICK ON LINK - IT WILL CORRUPT YOUR SYSTEM! Last year I clicked on this website to get the year that a song came out and got a worm / virus in my system. It was at the highest risk. Last night, I was looking up another song and accidently clicked on the link before realizing that it was the one that caused a problem for me the year before and lo and behold - IT DID IT AGAIN! Why is this website not removed. I complained about it a year ago and there is no real way to get rid of these $#@!-heads! BEWARE!
