You will be unable to cancel your membership OR even remove your cc info w/out emailing them. They will continue to bill you even after you email them requesting cancellation.

Just don't sign-up. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I have been trying for the past 3 months.

Also, their content is not good which is why I canceled in the first place.

This platform is easy to use. They have solution of millions of questions, I solved my queries from Solution library. I thinks this is a best platform for students and experts.

They are a scam. They are some foreign based company who hires Algerians and Nigerians to write shady programming code as examples of answers to questions but the answers don't include all of the source code or libraries to show how the program works. Now I would not use it for cheating, but only as examples for tutoring help. It definitely was not a complete example and after many emails they still charged me the intial amount and also the monthly recuring amount which was twice the price and I cancelled immediately after the charge but the declined to refund both amounts. Shady crooks, please stay away.

I enjoyed this service while I was using it.
When my classes ended I wanted to cancel this service, naturally.
I canceled my membership via my account details and thought that was the end. No - I got an email saying my cancellation REQUEST was received. I never heard back and decided to pause my membership until the "cancellation request" was finalized.
Fast forward 7 months later I am charged again for 2 more months. I contact CS and am given no explanation as to why my cancellation from 7 months ago never happened.
They refund me for 1 of the charges,
I think this is done - no I am then charged again 2 days later.

I contact customer service again and am told my membership is canceled and they have not charged me.
I provide screenshots of the charge via my bank and met with an attitude saying "AS WE TOLD YOU ALREADY your membership is canceled. You must have another account."

I checked all my emails, checked my bank to see if I magically had another account and was being charged twice each month. Not the case obviously.

This could be a good service, but after the shady business, hoops to cancel a subscription once I am finished, and unauthorized charges, I would choose a different service. Never had this issue with other services, such as Chegg I have used over the years.

Also, my account still says Pending Cancellation LOL

Due to Covid-19, I have been struggling with my studies for a really long time due to the online mode of education. At that time, I decided to signup for SolutionInn's study membership. I swear, my life has become very easy. I have 24/7 access to tutor help for my projects, assignments, etc. Moreover, I get free physical textbooks at my doorstep without any shipping cost as a part of my study membership. The tutors are very cooperative and respond on time. Best decision of my life to get this study membership.

Lot of people just think that lazy and unintelligent students get their work done from somebody else, to me it is not true. I am currently studying accounting (my major) in Florida state university, believe me I am a straight A student. But because of the pressure and the time I have to spend in Research, I had to hire a tutor at Solutioninn for 6 of my assignments. His work was good, and before submitting my assignments I cross checked them and found no plagiarism and grammar mistakes. I can say that tutor helped me maintain my grades just because we worked together to achieve the best possible quality.

SolutionInn has been a great help to me. It carried me through my college, whenever I felt myself stuck on a problem SolutionInn helped me a lot in getting through. Aside from the vast library of solutions, the help I got from experts was excellent.

All fraud. I sent my cancel membership request on Apr 23 and still it pending and the crazy thing is money is been deducting every month and they are not showing the option to cancel the membership permanently and not showing the option to remove my Credit card. I suggest you to don't subscribe it.

Once you paid fees to subscribe their online materials, you cannot remove or delete your bank account information. You have to email them and make a request in order for your bank account information to be removed on their website (it is my bank account why can't I remove it).

When you want to cancel the subscription, you have to fill in a form and include your date of birth and phone number in it (why these personal information are required to simply cancel the subscription?). And SolutionInn needs to review your subscription cancel request before you can successfully cancel it.

I emailed the company to get a refund, but instead I got a sarcastic reply. I did not get my refund back and surprisingly upon checking my account I found that I am still getting charge twice. Beware of this company!
