I requested to have the part sent directly to our job site in another state. The person who took my order said someone would call me to confirm that I wanted it sent to a different location to make sure it wasn't a fraudulent transaction. But instead it was shipped to my credit card billing address. So I wasted a lot of money on rush shipping to get it to the wrong place and then I had to rush ship it again. I'm not pleased.

Online services were good. Only complaint is no notification of shipping till about 2 weeks after purchasing. Then get a tracking number the day before it is delivered. I would think that could be improved.

Were very helpful through the entire process of configuring my system, engineering plans and final installation questions. Would recommend this business to anyone wanting to install their own solar system.

I placed my on Wednesday about noon and received everything Thursday about 7:00 PM! How is that even possible? Jim was super helpful answering a few technical questions. I could not be more pleased with my experience with the Solar Panel Store!

I was about to shop on amazon but you had better prices. I just hope your customer service is on par. Look forward to doing business with you. Yes. I received everything packaged very professionally and in perfect condition.

Everybody I've talked to has been awesome, you guys have really helped me out and saved my butt on everything from sound advice to rush shipping custom build orders. Battery and misc. Cable prices and quality are the best anywhere.

I use the company only for very limited items. I can get a better price on solar panels elsewhere. The mounts I purchased from them were not available elsewhere or out of stock.

Purchase was great. My problem was with shipping. VERY slow. Took almost two weeks from the time I ordered. The arrival date was changed once. I understand there was free shipping but when spending over 1,000 dollars i would think shipping could be quicker. I really needed before a trip but it didn't make it. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased a 160 watt solar panel and a few circuit breakers from the SPS. I had some questions about the panel, so I discussed the purchase with Loren, who was helpful and emailed me some photos. The transaction went well, with good emails as it was entered, shipped etc. It arrived sooner than I expected -- two days to Fort Collins Collins area. Very pleased with SPS.

The site could use better formatting, so that sections are more clearly divided. The automated shipping information arrived to me around the same time as the panels did, so you might need to look into that, and this message long after I've put the product into use. All this said, the shipping was quick, the prices satisfactory, and the product is good.

The shipper broke some panels and these folks stepped up and reshipped new panels with just photos I sent. You wont get better service than SPS. I will use them again and have recommended them to several other ranchers.

I talked with 3 different companies before calling Solar Panel Store. Dan and Tom were more than just professional and courteous, they were friendly. They spent a great deal of time making sure I got not only what I wanted, but what I needed. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase the solar kit and batteries for my RV from them.

I had some questions about the specifications on an item in the kit I ordered and SPS got back to me right away. Very helpful.
The inverter that came with the kit I ordered did not work. Called SPS and they referred me to the manufacturer of the product. The manufacturer sent out a replacement right away.
Everything is working great!

I ordered some supplies to move some existing solar panels. It turned out that I had to make some changes to my plans, so some of the parts that I ordered were not needed. I was able to return the parts for a full refund. Customer service was excellent and, in the future for any solar power needs, I will purchase parts from SolarPanelStore.
