My key is invalid, I called and ask for help. After 2 phone calls they immediately replace my software key. They have the most effective support and very helpful too.
I called and ask if digital download. According to gentleman over the phone Its digital download that they will send Product key and Download link via email within minutes. I ask if site is secured and if they can take my order over the phone. They said Its norton protected and for security they cannot take credit card information over the phone. I went online and finally ordered Office software I got my download instantly. I've clicked on the link and download is very fast. It ask for the key and accepted very well. Good experience as for first time online purchase.
I thought I was scammed since I haven't receive anything after I made a purchase however I've checked my email after 30 minutes and found software download and key. Our internet is 24 megabits per second that took only 5 minutes to download the software. After the installation computer ask for the key finally its activated. Don't doubt this company as they sell Genuine Keys.
I receive my download in my email. I was given a Microsoft website to download the software and sign up. I called Microsoft if the website is legit. Microsoft confirmed that it was legit Product key and Genuine re-seller as well.

Total scam, the phone number does not work and the software has to be burnt to a disc just to find out it was not what you bought and requires ridiculous feats to install. Its a scam and I am reporting them and cancelling my payment
Very cheap Ms software people be alerted that your software may stop working at any moment, they sell office pro 2016 cheaper than the cost of the lower version, plus a version that only exist for volume licensing which is the professional plus version, Microsoft Anti piracy are watching the resellers and the users.
Four days ago I purchased MS 2010 Office for Home and Student. MS would not activate the software because it had been activated more than the allotted time. I spent hours trying to reach someone. Their answering service kept repeating the same two messages over and over. Finally I got allen on the chat line. He wanted a photo of the MS message. I found it and sent it to him. Nothing happened. A few hours later I talked to another person at the company. He wanted a photo of the message. I sent it again. I sent it a third time.The next day nothing happened. I emailed the asking for a refund because the product they sold me was used up. They sent me another message telling me to use phone activation and to send them a copy of the message if it didn't work. It didn't. I emailed them and said I wanted a refund. Nothing. This morning I filed a dispute with my bank. They say they will refund my money.
They are scammers. Entered my key and it doesn't work, and they won't take my calls. I will have to report them unfortunately, and take them to court.
Needed another license for Office 2010. Not exactly cutting edge S/W but I hate having to use a totally different GUI every time I switch computers! The price was reasonable and the download key arrived about an hour after I placed the order. The key I received worked both to allow the initial download and for product activation.
The key I received DID NOT work with my existing Office Home and Student three license CD. But then, my download was actually an upgrade to Office Pro, which is a more complete product. So I'm not complaining.
