Glad I did. Very easy process.

They're not scammers based on my experience. The key is good the software we're sent instantly. It just a matter of how to follow instruction properly.
My key is invalid. I contact them 3 times They ask for a screen shot of the invalid message and won't give me a refund without it. I send it 3 times. They say they never get any of the messages. So I m going to turn it over to the better business bureau. Be very careful with this company. I'm reading other messages about how they were scammed with invalid keys.
They are the worse company you can hire in my opinion. They messed up my trees and hacked the up. They will not return my calls after telling me they would take care of my complaint. Very inexperienced personal. Terrible customer service

Don answered all of my questions, gave me a 15% off code, and stayed with me until my code arrived and was verified. It took longer than 15 minutes for it to arrive, so he sent it direct. The automated one arrived maybe 5 minutes after he send that email.

I got myself a new laptop but it was on Windows 8. I was looking for a cheap Windows 10 I could replace it with and I got it from here. I was expecting like a used key or something but I got a genuine unused key! Incredible!
To be fair, I did eventually receive a working copy and a refund of the purchase. Sooo, my chosen products were available, they don't seem to be scammers. Their business model seems to suffer due to the complexities of computers and software.

After I purchase i ask where is my download. They said it will be sent via email within minutes. I've waited and nothing came. I went to chat again and they resend the software details. Finally I received all the email software.

The purchase price was great and the download and installation went very well with no problems encountered whatsoever. The product works very well on my Macbook Pro. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again.
I was needing to upgrade my Windows 7 and was told to buy from here by my friend. The email came in and they sent me guides on how to install Windows 10. Tim was very kind enough to tell me to back up all of my data so I will not lose any of my files! I had the software successfully installed and activated after almost a day of backing up my data. Excellent service and products!

I purchased about a week ago and I was confused why I have not received anything via mail! My mistake as everything was sent via email. This was sorted easily when I contacted them. They even offered to install my Outlook 2016 that I purchased and set it up. Worth recommending!

The website said "11 available, order now". I ordered. My credit card was charged. No download available via email, no download available via their website. I call the 1-800 #, I am hung up on. I call again, I'm told it will take at least 24 hours for my product code. I tell them that is not acceptable I want a supervisor, refund me, I am hung up on again. I call back, I swear (can you blame me?) I am warned about vulgarity, I try to talk, no swearing, rep keeps talking over me, I attempt to explain I am the customer, let me talk... I am hung up on again. Horrible service, pay extra to get your product from the company that made it. This one cannot be trusted to deliver (but they will take your $$$$$)

I called and ask if digital download. According to gentleman over the phone Its digital download that they will send Product key and Download link via email within minutes. I ask if site is secured and if they can take my order over the phone. They said Its norton protected and for security they cannot take credit card information over the phone. I went online and finally ordered Office software I got my download instantly. I've clicked on the link and download is very fast. It ask for the key and accepted very well. Good experience as for first time online purchase.
I thought I was scammed since I haven't receive anything after I made a purchase however I've checked my email after 30 minutes and found software download and key. Our internet is 24 megabits per second that took only 5 minutes to download the software. After the installation computer ask for the key finally its activated. Don't doubt this company as they sell Genuine Keys.
I receive my download in my email. I was given a Microsoft website to download the software and sign up. I called Microsoft if the website is legit. Microsoft confirmed that it was legit Product key and Genuine re-seller as well.
