I tried to cancel my husbands reservation at this hotel 2 weeks out. My husband was in a horrific accident and ended up in the hospital (still there after 8 days with no discharge date). I relayed all this to the hotel and they refused to refund our money. What is wrong with the management at this chain? Is there no sympathy in this business? So disappointed with this business. I would never recommend them.
The Reception, the Place and People are awesome. Really Staff are awesome, the Meals there are perfect and the Room was clean and large.
