I finally did Christmas shopping early and I am being punished for doing so. Gift given after 90 days. Ripped immediately, but can't return since past 90 days. Moral don't shop too early Avoid pillows. Poor quality.
I purchased a bench one and was charged for two. I emailed the company explain something went wrong. I only want one and asked to return slip it the same day they arrived. I was then emailed No refunds. This is horrible.
As above, but this is not the first time this has happened. Beware, there is no customer service phone number to call, you have to send an email, then hope they respond.
Their T shirts are flimsy & poorly printed, their throws feel nice & soft until you wash them a few times, then they pill.
Tip for consumers:
If it glitches, beware. I was charged twice.

I bought 3 cotton totes from them 2 years ago. The fabric is great, plus a full separate cotton lining. I just ordered 2 more, which are a stiff, thin, cotton bonded to a cotton backing. It's a much cheaper quality.
I will not buy from them again. I'd rather pay a more for a quality product.

I wanted an artsy case for my new iPhone 13 Pro, outside of the standard Otter Box types. Browsed their selection which was good. Options for a lightweight or heavyweight case. Picked a heavy weight case, applied a promo code, $22CAD all said and done, 1-2 weeks for international orders. Fine! Realize after a few days they charged me in USD. Not the biggest deal, but that had steered me away from other sites prior to Society6. After the first week, the package tracking is updating often and I expect it to be arriving soon. The next week it went quiet. At the 2 week mark I reached out to customer service just to know when to expect the package. Replied in 24 hours as advertised with a respectful and professional message, however, saying international orders take 7-15 business days. Should arrive by then. Dang. Another plot twist. Getting worried so I'm reading more people's reviews at this point and find out some customers had to pay additional duty and customs upon delivery. Around $20CAD. C'mon. Reached out to customer service again asking about this and they confirmed it might be the case. Feeling a little taken advantage of now. More time goes by with no tracking updates and it's been about 4 weeks. At this point, I've been fairly stressed out carrying my new iphone around naked this whole time, checking the tracker daily. It ended up arriving on day 30, with no additional fees required. Phew! Likely just for larger products they sell. As for the case, I'm very happy with it. It's great quality and it looks lovely. I just wish there was more transparency.
Ordered a door mat. Which looks nice in photos but the coloring and quality in person looks cheap and cartoon like. It's a fairly expensive site so I just wouldn't. Better off going to etsy amd finding a seller with good reviews. Giving 3 stars cause it's not terrible and it arrived in a little over a week but it was incredibly overpriced.

The website was awful experience! HOWEVER, when FINALLY got email contact with company theyvwere super easy to deal with.
First of all, I do like some of their merchandise. I have a new home and am in the market for LOTS of home decor. I ordered a pillow that after a LONG wait did arrive and I liked it. Then the trouble began. I needed some info and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMER.As in: You can t call them.
Today I have been trying to order something else and the cart WON T give me the discount that was sent on email. It should not take all afternoon to order a few placemats! They are $60. For four of the which I think the average Jane won't pay, but Nevermind, I will but I can't get them!
The email " help" is so slow you might as well not try. Do they think I want to wait around all afternoon for them to email me.
I quit. I think I can get placemats somewhere else.
Lucky I don't need oxygen from S 6.
Buying during a sale I bought a large size tapestry. I was kind of thinking it would be in a tube, and I think this should at least be an option. I thought the price of $72 was great but now I see how wrinkled it is and also there seems to be a convergence problem (blue edges on one side and red on the other). Also the print should appear sharper I believe though I understand this would be an "illusion" due to the large size.
It is working to cover up the antenna on the wall and I do like it but unless the artist really does get a large portion of the money I feel it is over-priced. The 72 reflected 20% off and free shipping.
The products I've bought through this company are beautiful, but sometimes the order process has been frustrating. The support service however, have been prompt and very helpful and has made it much easier. Thank you.
Design was great, but the towels printed incorrectly. However, after speaking with customer service, the issue is being corrected. I'm still waiting on the new hand towels.
Hello all who read this, i felt it only fair to return here to update the events and interactions between Society 6 online shop and myself. A customer service manager / Vice President reached out to me via e-mail to obtain the details and order number so he could investigate it. I gave him the requested information and thought " well thats probably the last i will hear from the company" but about 2 weeks later the VP / Customer Service Manager e-mailed me a kind apology and a full (100%) refund. I was completely shocked, but in a most pleasant way this time. It restored my faith in Society6 intent and people but -and here's the BIG BUT, until their customer to customer service agent communication is made functional, i would be very uneasy purchasing from the company. They made good and i appreciate their integrity in this matter and i really hope they find a way to open a direct phone line (manned) to better assure customer confidence, service and satisfaction. Thank you to " SITEJABBER.Com" for being the forum in which Society6 was able to learn of the unsatisfactory experience and Thank you to Society6 for making amends.

We threw it away, it was that poor quality.
I ordered a deathly hallows bath mat, and it was the image shown, but it was printed off centered and a bit crooked. I am definitely disappointed.
I have tried ordering 6 times more than $500.00 worth of merchandise and my orders keep getting canceled!
I have emailed them 2 times with a promise to respond without 12 hours,
But RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. And they have no customer service number. Just terrible cusoemr service.
The clothing category is definitely overpriced. I really liked a couple of the leggings but damn they're expensive for what they are.
I'll start by saying that I was impressed with the quality and the price was good. I just received my first order a little under two weeks ago. I was irked though that one of my prints was off by about two inches, so I had to drive all the way back to the store where I bought my frames return them and try to find the proper size. That was inconvenient, and had I ordered the frames I needed online, I would have been hooped and pretty upset. My advice would be to double check the dimensions before going out and getting frames because that hastle could have been prevented.
The business model is really imaginative and cool, and I love the prints that they sell on the site. I would rate Society6 higher, but the quality of the mounting and frames is poor. Purchase the prints alone (which I believe are fairly priced), but pay someone else to mount and frame them, or be prepared for disappointment.
**UPDATED: 11/9/2015**
This would really be a 2.5 stars rating if possible. So after initial ordering experience where my orders were being cancelled left and right, I posted my first review.
Not long after someone from Society 6 informed me that they had pushed my order through to shipping and would additionally refund $35 for the inconvenience. The products arrived quickly for parcel shipping (google search reveals that it's pretty much a reviled form of shipping) and for the most part the items ordered were pretty solid. The quality of the products were pretty great for the price.
So after posting the my first review on here Society6 sought to rectify the situation pretty quickly. Credit where credit is due and had this been the end I would've rated at 4 stars.
All those things being said it's been the 10 business days (per their FAQ) since my cancelled order and I'm still out $486.18 (I hit up customer service regarding my refund again today and no response so this update does account for over three hours to respond to an established ticket#). The other refund for $508.70 was processed almost instantly so whatever the reason if you're expecting a refund be prepared for the same results as tracking the shipping: Maybe not today maybe not tomorrow but someday probably?
If your orders are cancelled, or you're awaiting a refund, or trying to accurately track the shipment - here's you:
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Overall good products but somewhat inconsistent operations. This is only my experience however and I'm thankful that others have had better because these artists should be supported for doing amazing work. But for the percentile of folks who don't get through on the first pass you'd best be prepared to troubleshoot.
Also attached my total society 6 balance in my checking and their customer service response regarding refunds.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Attempted to order two times, here's what happened:
First time I ordered via regular credit card - $508.70 order was cancelled without my knowledge and no notification. Inquired via their only customer service option (email) and was then informed that my order had been cancelled.
Ok that's cool maybe it was my mistake? Decided to reorder again utilizing PayPal since I've never had an issue with PayPal payments. Tediously added everything to my cart again and checked out optimistic issue had been resolved. This order was in the amount of $486.18.
Fast forward a few hours later and Society 6 has graciously notified me that my second order was cancelled. Not sure why but at this point I'm pretty over it, guess I'll just wait to see if they will appropriately refund my orders.
I found the selection to be fantastic, but unfortunately shipping can take a while (up to two weeks). I was told one day before the package was supposed to arrive that my order had been lost. This was very upsetting for me because I had been waiting patiently for my order! Customer service informed me that I would have to wait another 3-4 business days for the order to be processed and then another 2-8 days for it to arrive by USPS!
Most of the products on Society6 are good, but they advertise "pillows," and when you get to the screen where you are actually ordering what you think is a pillow, it turns out you are just ordering a pillow cover. Very disappointing and not really honest.
I purchased two biker t-shirts from Society 6 a few months ago. One was "Space Surfing" and the other was "City of Light II". I've only just returned home from abroad to find them. I was excited to try them on, but my joy quickly turned to disgust at the absolute cheapness of the material and the horrible quality and cut of the tee shirt. It's advertised as a biker tee with material all the way out to the shoulder. These t-shirts are almost cut like a semi-tank top, exposing way too much pectorals… not a biker tee at all. Terrible quality… terribly made... buyer's remorse. I'll never buy ANYTHING from this sorry excuse for a company again!
[Several days later] Soon after posting the review above, I was contacted by the Society6 customer service department and they refunded my money for these two shirts, which I thought was very impressive and reasonable, that they chose to honor and respect the customer. Gotta give them props for that. That said, their artwork is really nice, but I hope they can improve their supply chain and provide better "canvases" for their artwork… improve the quality of the material used for the shirts and you'll have long term customers.
I had wrote a review and said how pleased I was with how things were handled, but I spoke to soon and should of waited to see when my item arrived before I wrote the review! I never write reviews at all, but was asked by Brittany if I could give a review for Society6! Also I do not order online at all and never have, these items were sent to me as gifts! So I did write the review not thinking that they would send me the same quality print on the shirt that was really bad and not vibrant like the first two I received! These shirts were for me and my two friends and we were going to a big event called Fanboy Expo to meet James Marsters who played Spike on Buffy The Vampire Slayer! That is why I was excited to get these shirts for me and my friends, but when the first two arrived they shipped very fast and we received the Men's small and Women's medium and the art print was really nice and the color was great! The last one which I needed was a Women's Large took a really long time to get here over a week and when it did come in the quality was very poor and the color you could clearly see was not the same and not acceptable! I could not wear it at all to the event! So I contacted Society6 and explained what happen and got a email from Brittany the very next day! She ask if I wanted a refund or it replaced and of course I wanted it replaced, because I wanted the shirt! So she sent off for it and when it came in on 8/7/2015 I couldn't believe they sent me the shirt again with very bad printing and even worse than the second one! So I emailed Brittany again explaining what happen and she said would you like to try again with the shirt or a refund! I said I really want the shirt, but this is now twice Society6 has sent it this way to me and I thought this time they would make it right! I didn't want to have it shipped again and the same thing happen I told her! She was trying to say that it maybe the art why it was not printing out, how can it be the art I told her when the first two were vivid! So I ask since this shirt is having problems with printing can I just get a different Buffy The Vampire Slayer shirt same price! So Brittany said yes just place your order and I will refund you that money for that order and than explain how to return the first shirt! I couldn't believe she said return the first shirt, because when she first sent the replacement out she said no need to return that shirt and now she was asking for it back! I told her why would I do that when you said I didn't have to! Brittany said there is no need to return neither shirt, sorry for the confusion! I told her also these shirts were gifts and bought for me and I did not have a debit or credit card and when she wrote back she said go ahead and place your order and than I will refund what item you order! I did exactly what she said and got to where it says pay with credit card or Paypal and ask her what to do next. She said I can't do it unless you have Paypal or can you use the card that was used! I guess she really didn't read what I was saying, because I told her more than once I didn't have any of that! So she was like do you want a refund at this point! I really didn't want a refund, just another shirt and Society6 should of just, instead of giving me a hassle, said yes we will send you a different Buffy shirt, even if I didn't have a way to pay for it, because it was a gift and ruined the event I was going to, because of the poor quality and not being able to wear it! They should of did what the customer wanted and wanted to make me happy and not unhappy! When I also at the very last wrote Brittany again explaining how upset I was and how someone should look into why I received the shirts twice with bad print and said I'm not the only one I told her that had this problem, I can see from others on this site and reviews they had the same problem and something should be done when a customer has paid for something and received such poor quality! She didn't even address what I said and was to me short and just told me when My dad, who order this for me, would be receiving his money back! I thought it was rude to do so and wrote back and told her that I was upset and how things were being handled! I really hope Society6 takes this seriously, because when a customer is not happy and didn't get something resolved like it should of, sure my dad will be refunded the money, but that is not what I wanted and with the confusion and Brittany saying one thing and another, makes someone not want to order anything again!
I placed an order on Dec. 7th, and via email was told it should be shipped within 5 days. Took 7 days to get the shipping notification. Once shipped I felt a little more at ease, except that I was not getting any tracking information about it's shipping process. Not sure if the "full tracking" part of the website is working correctly, but have received my item on 12/18. Packaging was great, and the print was good quality. I wish the frame was real wood, but hopefully it holds up.
Like many users on this site, I found Society6 to have absoutely beautiful product, but poor customer service standards. The first red flag was the shady way in which the site operates: when I clicked on "Review my order", it sent the order through and popped up with "Thank you for your order". Secondly, I "placed" my order (two t-shirts) on November 28th, but they didn't arrive at my local post office until December 23rd. In addition, I had to pay approximately $26 in shipping costs. (It wasn't until after I had placed my order that the company mentioned "Shipping rates may apply".) I don't mind that there is no tracking, and I don't even mind that I was charged shipping costs- that is typical when ordering American products. What I DO mind is the shady way the company operated from the beginning. It's too bad, because I actually LOVE the two t shirts I received, and there are so many beautiful things on the site. But as a matter of principle, I will not be supporting Society6, and will warn my friends/family about the company.
I ordered from them an iphone skin which they advertised as plastic, so I assumed it was soft plastic but really it was just a $15 sticker. Their delivery time was good, they emailed me two days after I purchased it saying it had been shipped and it arrived a week and a half later, hassle free. They should clarify what their products are, I was expecting a replacement iphone case but instead got a sticker.
