Social Security

I was only on for 15 or 20 minutes before Erica Unit 56 answered my call. Erica was so professional and so polite and was also so helpful. She was able to give me the basic information that I needed for my Tax Return. I am so happy to be able to send a very positive review and I cannot recall ever speaking to a Social Security counselor who was as professional and as helpful as was Erica Unit 56. My experience frankly brought tears to my eyes as I was overwhelmed with just how nice and helpful Erica was. I am so glad that I am able to recognize such a wonderful and professional experience. Lastly she wished me a Happy New Year and I wished her the same. I am a sappy guy and the tears came, but they were really happy tears. God Bless Erica Unit 56

For over a year I have been trying to get into my account. For over a year I wait and get worthless pin resets and just keep going in circles. Then the agents are utterly useless and have attitudes up the kazoo. I just want a copy of my statement for crying out loud. I am so done waiting 2 weeks for everything and then to be told oh hang up go a a fax and we will fax it. Seriously? I waited 30 minutes just to get through. Now you want me to do that again! This is the worst business you can ever have the privilege to get information from.
