We are the seller and this is the buyers lender. Because of incompetence a 15 day close is now in its 4th week. The appraiser hired had little no experience and came back with a $50k difference. The comps were not even in the ball park. After some negotiation we came up with a deal. The buyer has done a final walk through but yet a 72 hour delay by the lender is followed by another 72 hour delay. This lender refuses to communicate with our agent and his office. The lender is not communicating with Title company and the lender is not communicating with the seller agent. It appears there is no accountability and lies have been told to the buyers agent. This appears to be a scam internet mortgage company and people need to stay away from these people

I've been trying for 6 months to discuss my PMI with a representative, sending in the required information via email. On the first attempt, I didn't hear back from them for 4 months. They cited that my information needed further review. I then got a form letter stating they couldn't help me, at least for another year. I reached out again, got ANOTHER form letter back stating basically the same thing. In the mean time, I've discussed my situation over their chat feature, and the "Live agent" said "email the department and they would assist you" after I've told them I wanted to speak with a department manager. Each and EVERY TIME, the person disconnected the chat when I requested speaking with a manager - no notice, nothing! They have NO way to contact this department via phone - just a terrible customer satisfaction experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Foreign National Mortgage, second home. Do not use this mortgage company! Total disgrace, the product is about making money out of you! They didn't pay our contents insurance from our escrow account leaving our home uninsured! They came up with all sorts of excuses. The product doesn't allow you to pay down the capital, thus trapping you and making money out of you. It really is a money making, horrid company and we wish to god we had never bought our vacation home using them. Can't wait for the penalty period to be over then we are switching to a rated, credible, ethical, responsible lender. They don't respond to emails, there is an air of arrogance about them, I can't tell you how upset and disappointed we are after all the money they've made out of us. Our mortgage rate is 6.99% they make nearly a $1000 a month in interest from us, we are an average, hard working couple and feel we have been taken total advantage of. NEVER AGAIN!
I am very frustrated. This is worst company that I have ever dealt with as far as communicating with. I recently applied to purchase a new home and was looking at different companies for financing the loan. I must have requested information from Security National Mortgage Company. When I agreed to purchase my home from the builder I had no idea that I would be barraged with companies that wanted part of the action. I guess I was assigned to Kimberly M Synder as my loan officer?, assistant?. She requested some of my personal financial information, excluding the amount of the loan and its' address. Now she is requesting the address or else! I have emailed and left massages to discuss thus with her but, no reply. My mortgage has already been approved by a different mortgage company and I will be moving into my new home this month. I am a disabled US Army Veteran and I am used to poor communication and response time from the VA. BEWARE when doing business with SECURITY NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY!
