Never received my shoes... They said they refunded my money but never did. From February 13 and now its December, smh, if i could not give them a start i wouldn't. Terrible how companies try to get over on you
I ordered back in January 2021. I recently received a item ship text from them in May. But still nothing
Placed my order back in February, and still have not received it yet. No response from them after emailing and directly messaging them multiple times, except for when I asked for a refund but was told that the shoes are being shipped out. Has been three weeks since then and I have no tracking number or ETA on the shoes. Will not be buying from them ever again!

Finally, these frauds are getting exposed. All those fake shots of boxes on their Instagram (which has also been taken down) and the address they have is a UPS drop box. I hope they can track down who ever owns this business and lock them up

Just so everyone can see my transparency with dealing with this company, they are not worth the risk. They are a gamble at best. Some people get their sneakers, some don't, this is my experience which does seem to be typical. Overall, I was lied to, ignored, said my sneakers were lost and I was refunded but never was, given a tracking number after the fact but USPS said they never received it, was told they would look into it until I had to go through Affirm to resolve this. All this between July and now... NOVEMBER! The lies they say, even David said they confirmed this with affirm and you can clearly see that never happened and Affirm, after their investigation, refunded my payment. So why go through all this trouble? Well, if company's like this can continue on with their business as usual and not give their products and services they continue to promote to the consumer, then they need to be held accountable. If anyone else has had similar experiences I recommend putting that out there until they either change their ways or if someone like the FTC decides to step in. They continue to have negative reviews removed to protect their image instead of properly fixing them. Trustpilot actually covers up for these clowns, Fake News is more real than their trustpilot reviews. I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience, I tried to resolve this privately but yet again you failed to meet me half way
I own a business and this company is a scam... I have not received my rug and no response from this BS store. Klarna has not even helped me. I dont even write reviews please beware.
Ordered my shoes 5 months ago and still haven't seen a tracking number. This website is a scam and quite frankly I'm pissed because there is no way to contact them! Don't use this site they will rob you! Punjob $#*!s
This company is a scam. Placed an order in March and I still have not received my order. I have tried reaching out to them several different ways and have not received a response back. I have sent a form order request on their site, emailed them several times, called them. But the phone goes straight to voicemail, sent them a message to there Instagram account and I have even texted the number the put on there site. And I have not heard from anyone. They constantly send out emails but won't respond back to there customers. They don't deserve a star at all. I just want my money back.
*****File a claim with your credit card company to dispute the transaction.***** That is exactly what I did and received an immediate refund. I placed my order for Yezzy Slides back in March 2021 and still have not received the slides. I sent an e-mail requesting update, but received a stupid response stating that they are overwhelmed with orders and that my order will arrive in 5 days. Never again!
Ordered 2 pair of AJ1 bloodlines 2 1/2 months ago and still haven't received ANYTHING. I have sent over 20 emails and no response. I truly do not understand how a company can steal money from people right out in the open. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of Sneaker foot, they cannot be trusted they will take your money and you will never hear from them again.
Bought 3 pairs of sneakers in January. I still have not received them reached out to them plenty of times, haven't gotten any response reach out to emails, phone, ig nothing seems to work. I only bought it cause of klarna was on there and thought they are pretty legit. Guess am wrong shouldve listen to the reviews. They're instagram account got shut down I'm pretty sure due to lots of bad report they're scamming people. I placed an order since January and waited patiently for 3 months to reach out to them had to a chargeback from my bank cause klarna takes forever getting a refund8k

DO NOT purchase NOTHING from this company you will never reach a representative, they will keep sending you these robo BS emails saying they're busy and will reach out within 4 days. I placed my order 3/31/2021 and i have even received a mf tracking # nor my 2 pairs of Jordans yeah they got me $400 scam artists. Never again they are super lame for this. I thought I found a legit company to do business with but NOPE its a scam. SMMFH
I ordered my shoes on April 24th. They blame Covid as the reason for delays when they are just using that as an excuse to steal money. I expected sites that go through Klarna to be legit but this is just straight up sickening that even Klarna would support this.
This company is disgusting the way they do business. I'm reading reviews on what others are saying. They never receive their shoes.
Thank God, I haven't paid the full amount yet but I'm still going to try to get my money back through the bank. This company is a complete scam and I hope they burn in hell for taking peoples money that invest in this poor business.
I was starting to wonder why I haven't heard nothing from them not a email nor text, not a single shipping update. The mailbox is full I'm sure from pissed off customers they don't respond to you whatsoever.
Just poor display of professionalism and I pray to God they get shut down or caught for fraud.

This terrible company is the biggest scam I've ever seen. I ordered a pair of 1s back in December 5th and it's been 5 months and I have not received anything. I emailed them 9 times, texted them, left comments on their Ig, dm'd them 25 times, called them like 10 times AND NO RESPONSE. Idec about the shoes I just want my money back and they won't respond... F**k this dogsh*t company
Legit store authenticators are top notch.
Customer service is okay too.

This company is a scam! Do not waste your money! I have ordered a pair of Jordans in January and still have not received them in April. I have called them, left multiple voice messages, and multiple left emails. I have not received any response or any update. They are out there to get you excited about exclusive shoes then take your money. Don't bother!
Sneak foot sucks... they have a customer service number where no one picks up. I ordered from them in March still haven't received my order
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Customer service is terrible. Shipping is terrible. It's been 2 months and I still do not have my order. I have tried everything to contact these people and noting works. All the positive reviews are fake. BIG scam
