Placed my order back in February, and still have not received it yet. No response from them after emailing and directly messaging them multiple times, except for when I asked for a refund but was told that the shoes are being shipped out. Has been three weeks since then and I have no tracking number or ETA on the shoes. Will not be buying from them ever again!

*****File a claim with your credit card company to dispute the transaction.***** That is exactly what I did and received an immediate refund. I placed my order for Yezzy Slides back in March 2021 and still have not received the slides. I sent an e-mail requesting update, but received a stupid response stating that they are overwhelmed with orders and that my order will arrive in 5 days. Never again!
This company is a scam! Do not waste your money! I have ordered a pair of Jordans in January and still have not received them in April. I have called them, left multiple voice messages, and multiple left emails. I have not received any response or any update. They are out there to get you excited about exclusive shoes then take your money. Don't bother!

Just so everyone can see my transparency with dealing with this company, they are not worth the risk. They are a gamble at best. Some people get their sneakers, some don't, this is my experience which does seem to be typical. Overall, I was lied to, ignored, said my sneakers were lost and I was refunded but never was, given a tracking number after the fact but USPS said they never received it, was told they would look into it until I had to go through Affirm to resolve this. All this between July and now... NOVEMBER! The lies they say, even David said they confirmed this with affirm and you can clearly see that never happened and Affirm, after their investigation, refunded my payment. So why go through all this trouble? Well, if company's like this can continue on with their business as usual and not give their products and services they continue to promote to the consumer, then they need to be held accountable. If anyone else has had similar experiences I recommend putting that out there until they either change their ways or if someone like the FTC decides to step in. They continue to have negative reviews removed to protect their image instead of properly fixing them. Trustpilot actually covers up for these clowns, Fake News is more real than their trustpilot reviews. I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience, I tried to resolve this privately but yet again you failed to meet me half way
Never received my shoes... They said they refunded my money but never did. From February 13 and now its December, smh, if i could not give them a start i wouldn't. Terrible how companies try to get over on you
I ordered my shoes on April 24th. They blame Covid as the reason for delays when they are just using that as an excuse to steal money. I expected sites that go through Klarna to be legit but this is just straight up sickening that even Klarna would support this.

Ordered 2 pair of AJ1 bloodlines 2 1/2 months ago and still haven't received ANYTHING. I have sent over 20 emails and no response. I truly do not understand how a company can steal money from people right out in the open. I have sent a form order request on their site, emailed them several times, called them. But the phone goes straight to voicemail, sent them a message to there Instagram account and I have even texted the number the put on there site. And I have not heard from anyone. They constantly send out emails but won't respond back to there customers. They don't deserve a star at all. I just want my money back.

Bought 3 pairs of sneakers in January. I still have not received them reached out to them plenty of times, haven't gotten any response reach out to emails, phone, ig nothing seems to work. I only bought it cause of klarna was on there and thought they are pretty legit. Guess am wrong shouldve listen to the reviews. They're instagram account got shut down I'm pretty sure due to lots of bad report they're scamming people. Ordered on 12/28 and still no update on shipping. Claims to ship in 7-12 days but nothing. Paid more than $400 for these shoes. Will be contacting my CC company to reject the charge if they don't respond to me in the next 24 hours.
I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1 Chicago Toe on December 4th, 2020. I have not received a single shipping update since. I have emailed them twice and have received no response. There are much better media to buy shoes from such as GOAT and even ebay. Do not spend your money here.
Ordered from them on 1/7/21. They took my funds almost immediately. However, they never even shipped the items. It has been 48 days, 48 days! I emailed their "support team" (lol) at least four times over the last month and I have never once gotten a response back.

Garbage company. I wrote one on trust pilot too but Came to write a review here as well to see how it does but It's been 31 BUSINESS days since I ordered my shoes. Pair of Jordan 1 obsidians and they haven't even been shipped out yet. I've called I've texted I've sent so many emails and they still haven't responded to one. Yet they send emails talking about their promotions and keep posting on their stupid Instagram stories. Going to call my bank settle a dispute. Order 8354 incase you guys decide to give it a look since I know they read these sometimes. Company has good potential but they suck at customer service. Do better
I ordered shoes November 7,2020. I still haven't received it. Usps tracking showed the label was created but item not delivered. Mr Adam created a ticket for me more than ten days and no reply. I've been emailing them daily & trying to contact sneak foot to see what happened to my order but they will not respond even with the automated response. Tried to contact them through facebook or instagram too, no reply. Calling their phone number shows message system full. What to do? This is my first order with sneak foot 5634, are they reliable? This is a scam! They will take your money from your account and never send the shoes! It looks legit but it is so fake. You can't call anyone, if you try it goes to a full mailbox. They won't answer dms, emails or texts. They give fake discounts and way cheaper prices on purpose because the shoes don't even exist. I had to report to BBB and my bank and am still filling out forms to get my $300 back and get them reported and shut down!
