Bought my vape juice from smokeandvape.com and this was my first time vaping. Quiting ciggarettes was tough but smoke and vape helped me, service is quick and loved my 1 night stan vape juice. Its like an Ice tea with a little menthol very light barely notice able. Had to share my experiance on the net :)
Tried to get some vape from here. I should've known something was up when I paid the site through cashapp. My original payment was $150. They just sent another email stating they needed more money to process the order- considered refundable insurance. Fool me once... guess I gotta dispute and deal with banks now. Thanks for screwing up what little I make being an essential worker during covid. Complete scam. Wow. :(

Tried to buy vape cartridges
I purchased the min $ amount and sent them $195.00 in an e-gift card. Then I get an email from their shipping saying the order is on hold because they need $200.00 more for insurance - refundable. I refused and asked for a refund. They emailed me saying g I would get my refund in 5 - 7 days. Well, no refund, no correspondence and can't get hold of them via text, email or website. It's like they blocked me if any correspondence and still have my $. NEVER do business with company - it is a total scam!
I wish I would have seen the reviews before this crock of $#*!. Was told by them that I needed to pay this fly by night delivery service $350. I said kiss my $#*!. They told me I need to look at their shipping and return policy. Hello mother$#*!er how could I return something that was never sent out? And Hello there is NOTHING that states $350. So $#*! you you scam sucking lowlifes. Hope you enjoy the read I promised to do. I know how to hold my word

They use a 3rd party Sezzle to make your payment through. Ordered, paid, & still have yet to receive my vape juice! Contacted my bank-they are getting my money back, but sezzle wants to keeo the account open & still charge me. DO NOT order from this site! They are scam artists! I will be contacting someone in CA about their so called business!
Made a simple juice and coil purchase, after 2 weeks waiting for email confirmation and or tracking details, started to email company. 4 times no response. Sezzle the money account 3rd person, tries twice to NO response. Sezzle ended up giving me my full refund. Thank you Sezzle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I ordered juice September 16,2019 and paid $100 and paid for expedited shipping. A month later... nothing! They processed the payment but the the status of my order still says "unfulfilled" on their website. I have tried contacting them numerous times by email, phone, and Instagram. What an awful business!
I placed my order on September 26,2019. They accepted my payment ( of course) and it is October 4th and I have not gotten my order. On their website it states it's unfulfilled. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls and have not got one answer back. No emails responded to yet. I never was able to speak to anyone on the phone. Left plenty of messages and again nothing. This site is a joke and they are stealing in my eyes. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
In ordered my juice on september 10th and still no email about my juice shipping! They finally got back to me a week or so ago and said it's back ordered and I'll be getting a free gift but how long is it gonna take? If I would of known that i would of ordered somewhere else! Not happy at all. I'm gonna have to dispute it with my bank.
Same thing as everybody else basically... ordered 2 bottles of ejuice 9/24/19 and it shows paid but unfulfilled! Is this company a scam? Bankrupt?
Ordered through their website over a month ago. Started inquiring into order after a week. Never received a response, tried cancelling the order after 2 weeks, still never received response. They use exclusively a 3rd party service for billing sezzle.com. Tried disputing the charges with them, they will not do anything but continue to charge you. This forced me to dispute through my bank. While I got my payment back, sezzle is keeping the charges open and trying to bill me. Meanwhile, you cannot close an account with them while the charges are open. Effectively enabling the scammers, and trying to get money from me for goods and services not received.
I placed an order and it still says "Unfulfilled" on it after 3 weeks. They never sent what I ordered but still kept my money. I called several times, just an answering machine and they never call back. I emailed them but they don't respond either.
Next step is to email the California State Attorney General office and report it as fraud. I had a problem like this before and 2 days after I contacted the Attorney General office I got a call and my order was filled right away. Don't let them get away with taking your money or they will keep up with their scam.
I placed an order on 9/9/19 they processed payment. My status shows unfulfilled and they do not respond to emails, you can't get person on phone. Left comment on Facebook they hide it and sent message in messenger they blocked me. I just want my money back at this point.
I had an issue with an order that I placed, I feel that it was described incorrectly on the site. When I reached out to them via phone, the rep couldn't have cared less. He did say that his supervisor would get back to me in the next day or so, never heard from them. I've emailed them and messaged them on Facebook, nothing. Take your money elsewhere.
I placed my order two weeks ago. After 5 days went by and they still hadn't shipped I attempted to reach them via email and phone. I tried every extension they had and no one answered. I emailed them asking when my order would ship and got no response. I emailed them a week ago and requested my order be canceled and stated that they no longer had permission to charge my card. I thought that was the end of it. A week after I had canceled my order they charged my card and still have not shipped. I tried to reach them again and they literally have no existing customer service. I am now out money and have nothing to show for it. Vape Juice Depot sent me the same order in half the time for half the price. I will never deal with smoke and vape.com again, and I would suggest that no one else does either.
