Selling products is made plain and easy on their website. You simply enter the item you want to sell and get a quote based on its condition. Then, type in some contact info and ship the product. They send an email to confirm they received the product. After a few business days, they email you with the result of inspection and payment. The whole process was complete in about a week.

Was simple to sell my phones. You just have to choose and read the device conditions then I just shipped them in and got paid for them. No complaints at all here.

Easy to get a quote that seemed fair, and easy process for shipping my phone to them. A bit slow getting the check but I think that was the post office, not Smartphone Plus.
I got what they said I would get. (My phone was in the condition I said it was.) Making sure I was signed out of all accts, as they mandated, was a little anxiety-provoking because of their language about it, but was actually easy. They were prompt in their payment.
The website was easy to use, and the packing materials arrived quickly. The payment matched expectations and was received within 7 business days.
It was better selling it here than wasting my time trying to get rid of it.
I shipped my iPhone three weeks ago, but I have not received my payment. Both of my Paypal account and email account were hijacked after I provided my information.
