En la pagina de Kayak decía un precio y al comprar me dicen que mi tarjeta no está autorizada a esa compra, lo cual era falso. Me imponen un nuevo precio de u$s 550 arriba y sino, le van a cobrar un punitorio de u$s 350. Después se discutir más se 1h con alguien que habla muy mal en español, tuve que resignarme a aceptar el pasaje u$s 400 por encima de lo que informa. Me atendió telefónicamente un tal Raquitik y mi caso está bajo el número de expedición 1055.
Ya lo puse en redes lo sucedido. Son unos estafadores. Nunca más con uds.

I tried booking my airline tickets via smart fares. The process was simple but when it came to making payment it was a disaster. The fares quotes on the web page were wrong and payment could not be made. The call Centre was trying to be helpful but could not assist.
Everything is fine except the final price is about 5% higher probability due to credit card fees.
I am very happy with the service I received from Smart Fees, however, I am struggling to get hold of them via their telephone line. But overall, happy with the service.

I first booked two flight for me and my wife, my booking was confirmed and her booking was not confirmed. When we called smart fares they told me that I need to pay an extra +200dollar to confrim my wife flight and when I asked what's the reason for that I was told that My wife option had two bags and my option was for one bag but we had the exact same option when we book the flight. I am very disappointed because the agent made me cancel my flight.Then when i checked i could see there were two bags allocated for my flight and not two bags. I also haven't also received my refund for the flight yet.

I bought a ticket for $1k two months ahead of flying. But the agent called me it's now $1.3k, then it went up to $1.7k "because tickets were being sold out". Finally I just bought off Kayak (for $1k) using a competitor and cancelled the "SmartFlyer" scam.

I tried to book flights for 5 people. I did not receive a booking confirmation. I tried calling Customer Services but the number was not available since my booking until now. No response or support via email either. My flight option is no longer available and therefore I don't know what option is available to me but don't know how to contact SmartFares.
It was easy to book the flight, did not take a long time. The confirmation was received on the same day I booked.
I received a message my payment was not accepted. When I wanted to contact the helpdesk, I wasn't able to get anyone on the line.
When I send an email, I kept getting a return message my mail could not reach the helpdesk.
Up until today, I have no idea if my order was cancelled or not, and I have no option to contact the services.
Please let me know the current state of my order (Order ID: BLZTK8).
And if it's not cancelled already, please cancel it immediately.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
