Tried for three days to book tickets from Lusaka Zambia to Ndola Zambia. Was told booking was made and then get email saying that there had been a price increase and asking if I wanted to go ahead and pay price increase to purchase tickets. I said I would pass, but tickets were still issued without my knowledge and when I realized it we had already made another booking, but money for prior tickets was not refunded.
