I spent 320 bucks on this website and never received my product. They won't talk to you or text or chat or anything. This is definitely a scam. Now I have to replace the 320 bucks they stole from me. This site is a joke.
I made a purchase and paid for the transaction using cash app as the representative suggested. A week after I paid for the purchase the representative told me that I needed insurance in order for them to send out the package. I waited for a few days before they finally came up with a $200 insurance fee on a $300 purchase. I told the rep to cancel the order and refund me the money I paid. Still waiting to hear back and not holding my breath.
This is a scam... they'll send a tracking number from a carrier that is fake... the day your package is supposed to arrive you'll receive an email stating that your package is being "held up" then they'll request additional funds to have your package sent to u... COMPLETE SCAM!

I was suppose to receive smart bud can ×3 and a O long story short they text me and email me stating that they confirmed my order nd that it 345 and so im texting the phone number beat them down to see if it was a scam or any thing so they start sayin how this is the legit smart bud website and how it wasn't a scam so I sent them the money and they told me that the tracking info will sent to via email I have wait 3 days for the email no email I even emailed them back 3 times no response
