Bought TV on 26 Dec. Emailed 2 weeks later asking where TV was and got auto-reply saying on holiday till 6 Jan. No human response to emails so finally got through with live chat. Told courier had damaged TV and new one would be sent in 3 days. Didn't arrive. Got through via live chat again and told sorry, and refunded though if wait a few days when new courier company start will give £100 off new order. Tried to contact them via email and live chat and now no reply. Have given up after a month of this run-around.
On September 7th 2024 I placed a £839 order for a TV - 'the last one of that model'. The company uses a "Specialist" delivery company and after 5 days, (Yes, 5!) the TV was allegedly dispatched. I contacted the company on the 17th, 18th and 23rd asking where the delivery was. On September 23rd, I was told that it had been "quarantined" at the delivery depot due to damage - hard to believe but OK. I was told that I could wait for new stock, select an alternative or have a refund. I immediately checked their website and strangely enough, the exact same model was now in stock again but around £150 more expensive. I requested the replacement from their current stock. Silence... I later decided that I did not want to deal with the company any longer and asked for a refund. Silence... On 28 September I wrote to them again asking where the refund was and gave them 7 days to complete the refund. Silence... On October 4th I raised a dispute with the Credit card company and 3 days later the refund arrived - along with a story about the payment "failed" the previous week. I do not believe any of the stories given - but I will retract this review if James cares to provide me with proof. I believe that the company is untrustworthy and I will not deal with them again. You might be lucky - some seem happy if you read and believe their reviews.
As with other reviews, no contact after placing order. Website suggests this will be a new TV. Given a ludicrous slot after chasing (7pm-10pm on a Friday) but changed to 3pm-6pm following Tuesday. Two guys finally show up at 7:30pm in the middle of my dinner, unpack the TV, power it up and go. Only later when unwrapping the protective tape do I find the bezel is marked and the Samsung warranty ran out 31Jul24. Nothing but argument from customer service. You are getting a slightly cheaper TV because it's second-hand. Just avoid the hassle and stay away from this company.
SMART APPLIANCES UK - DON'T BUY - Smart appliances do not even deserve a 1, if minus ratings were an option they would receive this.
Not sure where to start after chasing for a delivery date they delivered however the TV was damaged in the corner which I did not spot whilst drivers rushed me to sign and there was a mark on the stand - within 30 minutes of delivery I left a chat message with photos - I have sent numerous follow up chat messages and e-mails and after 12 days I have still not had a response other than the automated response of "PLEASE BE PATIENT - we will reply - 24 to 48 HR! They also state that satisfaction is their top priority and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively - TOTALLY FALSE STATEMENTS.
I wanted to support a small family business but this was a HUGE MISTAKE DON'T DO IT not worth the saving.
In addition to the above my 48 inch TV was delivered in an oversized non branded box.
DON'T BUY!
Ordered a Samsung TV which arrived without the serial number on the back, Samsung said this should not be the case and that new TV's should have the serial number.
The TV did not work, the video being played was green so it was obviously damaged.
And after raising this in late July I am still to receive confirmation of when to expect a refund and when the TV will be collected.
Awful customer service and products. Avoid at all costs!

Do not shop here. Their customer service is terrible and although they claim to have a product to sell, they either don't or you will wait at least a month to get it. The following issues were encountered:
- Worryingly poor customer service through the online live chat (the transcript was sent to me by email should you require it)
- The TV was severely delayed
- There have been ridiculous delays with the sound system and when I asked for an update, they cancelled the order altogether without my consent!
- No response to a majority of my emails, and when doing so, they have been severely delayed.
- Misrepresented products online
- Did not send out the wall mount in the first place as they had forgotten to process this even though there was a shopping confirmation and had i not asked, they were then going to send a replacement which was not compatible. I had also lost time and cost through my installer coming and there being no wall mount delivered.
- Asked me to take down a review I had made about them on Trustpilot with no reasonable rationale
Save yourself your time and money. Go elsewhere.
Ordered a 65inch TV, advised delivery 4-8 working days. Chased up on 8th day, and every other day after.
Broken promises all the time via email and web chat. Saying issue with courier. 7 working days later nothing, so asked for refund
DO NOT DEAL with these cowboys, stay away, service shocking, and lies about delivery

I Paid them nearly £1700 for a Sony Brava 65" It has gone way past the delivery date window and I haven't received it! I have tried to make contact with them several times but they do not respond. I hope my bank will get the funds back as I paid with a credit card. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE SHYSTERS
I ordered QLED 65 inch TV via this company. The delivery guys unpacked and installed it. TV had a big scratch on the screen, the delivery guys told me to report it to the company directly as there is nothing they could do as they are contractors. I said OK, they left, and then I realized this company doesn't even have a phone number. I was e-mailing them describing situation and pictures, and not only I was not offered even a partial refund, they said I should have insisted on the guys taking the TV back on delivery, instead of listening to their advice of reaching out to company directly, and that the entire thing was MY fault. Shocking! I ended up paying full price for a damaged TV, I was literally scammed by the company and it took 3 months for them to tell me to forget about any resolution of this situation. Do NOT place orders on this web-site. Ever!
Bought a 75inch qled samsung tv and got the bespoke installation package, tv didn't arrive when they said it would. The day of delivery they turned up at 9.30 at night,the 2 guys that turned up where clueless and refused to install it (which I had paid for) they left it leaning up against a red hot radiator. Next day I had a friend help me put the stands on which took 30 seconds, and guess what it didn't work. I am now in the process of taking them to court for a refund,and by the consumer rights of 2015 by law they should refund me,but they are refusing, so learn by my mistake go elsewhere these people can't be trusted

Ordered a TV, no contact by the advertised timeline. Chased them up was told the tv was not in stock but that they'd offer an upgrade which I accepted. The TV arrived in a damaged box, the guys were seeking a hasty retreat I insisted they showed me it working. Wrong cable, no stand, I declined the delivery. I've asked for a refund and have had no response. Lots of bad reviews about this company. I'll wait another 24 hours before taking matters further

Tv arrived a within the 8 working day timeframe 5days infact. Mo issues fantastic TV everything works fine and would definitely buy again.

Do not use or you will end up loosing your money like I did.
Previously my smart tv's ltd but so many bad reviews and ccjs he has had no option but to move on.
