I'm quite satisfied with the product I got. I've used it a few times and it works really well at the beach area. I live in Zambales and for some reason Smart has better signal strength, and data speed over here.

The website alone is quite confusing and has many errors. I tried on my smartphone and laptop and still got errors. At first I was worried I got scammed because my Account Information was not loading. Good thing they sent an Order Confirmation email. That's basically how I was able to check some details, BUT if you want to track the exact location of your order… you can't. The receipt and details they sent, did not include the tracking information or the name of the shipping company. It was like a test of faith. I'm just glad I got my order in 7days.

I'm giving the product and service 4 stars, but giving only 2 stars for the website because it really needs a lot of improvement (I don't even know where to start).
